Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Holmenkollen

Ich war 5 Wochen dort. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Zu Fuß kommt man recht schnell an ein großes Einkaufszenter, dort gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Generell kommt man zu Fuß sehr gut zu recht. Die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel habe ich nicht getestet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und man kann sich gut mit ihm unterhalten. Er hatte mir angeboten eine Wanderung zu machen, was ich auch gerne gemacht habe. Er gab viele Tipps was man machen kann in der Umgebung aber auch Tipps für längere Fahrten. Alles in allem sehr tolle 5 Wochen.

Romslig og lekkert «hotellrom» i rolig, sjarmerende nabolag. Kort vei til trikk direkte til Oslo sentrum. Lettvint innsjekk, god beskrivelse og god kommunikasjon.

La micromaison de Kjell et Merete est un petit bijou. La décoration y est très jolie, et tout a été pensé pour que le séjour des hôtes soit confortable et facile. Dans un volume réduit, il y a absolument tout. et les petites attentions de Kjell et Merete donnent l'impression d'être plus que bienvenus: peignoirs de bain tout doux, indication en norvégien et en anglais pour trouver des restaurants dans le quartier, gel douche et savons qui sentent bons... On s'y est senti chez nous, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir! Nous recommandons vraiment cet écrin de calme dans la verdure.

Extremely nice house near Oslo. Free parking is just outside and charging station is nearby. Rooms are clean and house feels warm in winter.

Klasse sehr saubere und toll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in ca. 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Oslo. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Nikolai was proactive in getting in touch with us regarding our arrival time in Oslo, met us at the door of the building, and helped take one of our suitcases upstairs. He provided a great recommendation for dinner nearby (Michael’s), where we had a lovely meal. The apartment itself was beautiful. Immaculately clean and with a very thoughtful supply of amenities/appliances: washing machine, clothes rack, nespresso machine, kettle, oven/microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutlery, knives and chopping board, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, scented candles — the only thing to be mindful of is that the bed folds down from the wall, the apartment is small but there is a clever use of space and it’s perfect for 2 people especially if traveling light. 3 min walk to no.19 tram line (Bogstadveien) which is an excellent link to Oslo central station and harbour area. Lots of shops, cafes and beautiful parks within easy walking distance. Would gladly stay here in future.

I felt very comfortable in Marie's accommodation. I had plenty of space, everything was nicely decorated and clean. Marie always answered my questions promptly and also gave me very valuable tips. I also had the pleasure of meeting her husband and daughter in person, which I really enjoyed. Thank you very much! You are great hosts.

En nydelig leilighet og veldig hyggelig vert. Det var rent og ryddig i leiligheten og vi følte oss veldig velkomne. Elin var lett å kommunisere med, og hun svarte alltid raskt på meldinger. Perfekt overnatting for oss🤩

Koselig liten leilighet med privat hage utenfor. Akkurat det vi 2 trengte for dette oppholdet med alt av typiske husholdningsartikler på plass. Vi fikk også låne hageslange til vask av sykler etter trening og ritt. Rent, pent og trivelig. Fredelig nabolag.

Veldig fin leilighet i rolig, men sentralt område. Anbefales.

Sono stato ospite presso l'appartamento proposto di Sigbjørn per due giorni. Il rapporto qualità prezzo per una città come Oslo è stato eccellente: la zona è molto bella, a metà strada tra il centro e lo stadio Ullevaal, con i tram 17 e 18 che ti portano rapidamente in centro (suggerisco il biglietto giornaliero) L'atmosfera del quartiere non era per niente ultra turistica, ma molto genuina. Appartamento caratteristico, arredato con ottimo gusto e pulitissimo. Bagno spazioso. Comunicazione rapida ed efficace. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto se passate da Oslo 😊

The location was perfect as we could easily walk to shops and restaurants and the Opera House. Public transport was also within walking distance and the canal was a lovely outlook.

Anbefales alle. En koselig, romslig leilighet med fleksibel og hyggelig vert. Morgenkaffen kan en ta i en liten sittegruppe på utsiden av huset med morgensol og utsikt over velstelt hage. Gode turmuligheter fra leiligheten.

Wonderful and comfortable place to stay. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond. Located close to grocery, bakery, and train lines. Very easy to get around and explore. Highly recommend.

Wir lieben die Unterkunft von Ole und seiner Frau! Nachdem ich im Oktober letzten Jahres bereits einmal da war, wollte ich in diesem Jahr unbedingt wiederkommen, diesmal zusammen mit meinem Partner. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wieder sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie ist extrem stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch gefällt uns die Lage sehr gut - man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf viel Natur und ist gleichzeitig recht schnell in der Stadt. Ole und seine Frau sind außerdem sehr sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Wir hoffen, dass wir wiederkommen dürfen! :) Viele Grüße!

This was a great apartment with fabulous views. A brillant location. A short walk to the opera house, the Munch gallery, great restaurants and to Oslo central train station. It was close to city central and all the major attractions. We loved it. Highly recommend staying

Unser Aufenthalt bei Martin war sehr angenehm. Das Bett hätte eventuell etwas fester sein können, aber das ist auch das einzige dass nicht optimal war. :) wir kommen sehr gern zurück wenn wir das nächste mal in Oslo sind.

We enjoyed our stay at Russell's place. It is a clean apartment with all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a lovely patio that faces a forest where we found some nice hiking trails in "green space." We took about a 20 minute Uber ride from the train station (probably much cheaper than a taxi) and used Bus 46 for excursions into Oslo (about 30 minutes or so). We cooked several meals "at home," and Russel's kitchen is very well equipped to do so. All in all, if you are looking for a quiet space, that is affordable and clean, this is the place for you. Russel is also very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Thanks Russel!

Such a great host and condo. The location couldn’t have been better! Everything we needed was within asking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Always responsive and helpful. On my next trip back, will definitely stay again.
