We spent 4 fantastic days in Matthew's house. It has a lot of Californian character. The location is great. All three beds are very confortable and super clean. Our questions were always answered very quickly. We can't wait to come back.

This house is nothing short of beautiful. Truly the perfect place for our family with a good location, great amenities, and luxurious feel. Every need and want in a house was met. Our family loved hanging out in the Spa and Pool, while also enjoying the Bluetooth surround system and large, open kitchen/family room space.

Amazing place. We absolutely loved staying at Michael's place- he was super accommodating and it was a great hub for us. We loved how easy it was to get around, and in spite of being close to everything, it was very peaceful. Thank you for a great trip!

Nice and clean space, pool/hot tub could have been maintenance a little better but overall nice stay!

This is a 1920s home in the beautiful area of Hollywood Hills. You must remember and respect that the home is located on a hill, thus driving the streets is not for everyone. Narrow streets. I had an suv and did well but for nervous drivers, not for you. There are stairs and plenty of them leading up to the home. If you have elderly people with trouble walking, not for you. These are just facts. The home is wonderful. Lots of space for a mature family and friends. Not ideal for little kids in my opinion. The home and furniture are older and kids will inevitably break something. Everything one needs for a family meal is at your disposal. The host is superb. Communication skills excellent. I would recommend this home with the understanding that it is a comfortable establishment for a nice stay in the Los Angeles area for a mature family.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, cozy, and the perfect spot to spend time with my East Coast family. The multi-level deck was a highlight, fun to explore during the day and the ideal place to unwind in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the views were incredible. The host was thoughtful and super responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The kids loved playing outside, and my toddler was obsessed with the toy car—huge bonus! Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for me and my family. We’re so happy we chose this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot to stay in LA.

Amazing views! Beautiful home and will definitely stay here again. Warning: The parking in the garage is extremely tight. There is a high probability that you may scratch the sides of your car if you are not careful. Accept this fact if you want to stay here. However, the beauty of this place and the amazing views will help you recover from your frustration with the tight parking spot. Rent a small car and it might not be as bad.

Great place to stay for a family going to Universal Stuidos. Lost of space, very close to the park, about a 3 minute drive. Private garage parking, big enough to fit a Chrysler Pacifica with a few inches to spare. Quiet, cannot hear traffic. Responsive, friendly host. Clean, felt right at home. Would absolutely recommend. We had a fantastic stay at this home - it was the perfect retreat for four of us and a pup. The spacious backyard was a dream for our dog, and the four bedrooms offered plenty of comfort and privacy for both couples. Silvia was a responsive and thoughtful host, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped space for a group of friends or family.

We stayed here while in town for a Dodger game. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had plenty of room. Conveniently located to a lot of great areas in LA.

I can't say enough good things about our stay with Riki! The house is beautiful, well maintained, super clean and so spacious. The pool is great and heating it is worth every penny. The NoHo location was perfect for everything we had planned during our trip. Communication was great throughout our stay. We'd love to rent again the next time we visit!

Owners are very good people, very accommodating. They allowed us to host a small ceremony celebrating our marriage at the ranch and it went great. This home is massive and really priced well for the amount of privacy and square footage you get. ⭐️🌟🌟🌟⭐️

First off the neighborhood was very clean, peaceful and quiet. Upon entering the premises, instructions to get inside the gate were clear and spot on. Check in went smoothly! Beautiful property. Everything matched the photos perfectly. The cleanliness of the property was spot. It automatically felt very welcoming and comforting settling in. Toiletries were provided with disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste which was thoughtful. Bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice. The pool area was everything! Being able to control the features and temperature of the jacuzzi and pool was a first for me. Very easy to do and so worth it to jump in and relax after an eventful day. Our only regret was wishing we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the amenities like the board game’s provided and watch some movies on the nice smart tv’s! Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your property! It will definitely be my go to spot when visiting LA! Our hosts were very helpful and kind!

Andy was very easy to contact and was always happy to answer any questions to help at any time. His house is spacious and comfortable on a nice and quiet street. There is plenty of parking whether in the driveway or on the street. Thank you for the great stay Andy

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house is located in a really nice area of the hollywood hills, very quiet in the evenings. The home was very spacious and looked just like the pictures. Also had a large patio in the back that was nice for getting together. We had no problems at all, and when we did have questions the host was very responsive. Our favorite thing was how the house was decorated, with a very LA/Hollywood eclectic vibe.

Arthur's place was a great spot for our group attending a wedding nearby. House nice and clean, plenty of space, pool and spa were a nice addition as well. Thank you!

We've stayed at a few Airbnbs and this one is in our top 2. The home is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and livable in the best sense of these words. If ever we are in L.A. again we will be looking for this place for sure. Thanks Romi for all your help.

Johnny was a great host. The house is located in a nice neighborhood and is walking distance to a decent diner (Nat's). home was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, huge fridge, and stove if you plan on cooking. Yard was a nice play to relax and the swimming pool was very clean. Samsung TVs were in almost every room in the home. The home is a nice location for large families or groups, although my stay was short it I enjoyed my stay with my friends. Would recommend.

This home was beautifully decorated, well furnished and very clean! Both Harold and Jasper were very attentive and responded quickly. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working properly when we stayed and we were really looking forward to that. They did try and repair it while we were there, but the issue wasn't resolved in time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

The perfect mid century modern getaway; vintage charm with all the modern amenities you need. My family (1 toddler and 4 adults) loved the spacious bedrooms, the living room areas, the full kitchen and the pool/outside area! And my son loved all of the toys he got to explore. We felt right at home. There were a few hiccups with the house's plumbing (prior to our arrive) but Linda was communicative, the work had little impact on our stay and Linda compensated us for any disturbance. The next time we're in So Cal we hope to stay here again!
