The views and Infiniti pool was awesome. I heard piano playing from the main house while I was in there which was charming.

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

This was our second stay here, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The pool is beautiful, and the host is truly exceptional. We really appreciated the warmth and comfort throughout our stay. Plus, there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning home! My friends and I enjoyed Karen’s home as we attended a music festival for the weekend. Within a good distance from the Rose Bowl. Not too far from LA. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Good variety of shops and restaurants within a short driving distance. The amenities Karen’s home provides was a huge plus for us, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. The story behind the home is beautiful and adds to the beauty of the home. We definitely recommend staying here, no questions asked. The home and yard is beautiful and well organized. We briefly met Karen and she was very nice, very responsive host.

Niloo's place was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter's graduation from UCLA. It is a spacious and well-appointed house for an extended family and we especially enjoyed the outdoor space. It was perfect for hosting a few friends. We rented both upstairs and downstairs and appreciated how well-stocked both kitchens were with serving plates, utensils, and even a few staples and food items. It's a great spot for gathering. The house was clean and located in a great, walkable neighborhood right off of Melrose Ave.

My family of 3 had a relaxing stay at Daniel's pool oasis. The location in a peaceful neighborhood immediately made us feel safe and at ease. It is clear that Daniel has put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and well-appointed space. The manual provided was detailed and full of helpful information about the house and the surrounding area. The beautiful patio and yard, complete with a stunning pool and hot tub, provided the perfect setting to unwind after a busy day. The beds and bedding were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was well equipped. I appreciated touches like the dimmer function on all the lights, allowing us to create the perfect ambiance. The decor throughout the house was lovely, and the abundance of games and books was a nice bonus. Daniel's place was cozy and comfortable – the perfect haven to relax and recharge. I appreciated Daniel’s professionalism and thoughtfulness to ensure a positive experience. Highly recommended!

We want to say a huge thank you to these unbelievable hosts. Their house is incredible, they were very fast to respond to all inquiries, we desperately needed a crib and they came over to put one together for us. These are really amazing hosts with beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for an Airbnb in LA! Thank you again!

Brian and Stephen are lovely hosts. We had the pleasure of meeting Brian who was super friendly and welcoming, and he gave us some great tips and recommendations of where to go during our stay. Their home is spacious and well equipped. The stocked fridge, cupboards, fruit bowl and bottle of pop is a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in LA and would book to stay here again in a heart beat.

This quaint home is magical! You will step into a vintage wonderland that makes Hollywood feel more like it did in the 70s. The space is just as pictured, very clean, great location, lots of beautiful plants, and even a bar to make yourself a welcome cocktail! There's also all the kitchen appliances you need if you like to cook at your Airbnb. Comfy space in general, great for a couple I Deff recommend this stay!

Absolutely perfect stay!!! Loved the cleanliness and privacy of the room. The room was nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Hosts were amazing and always responsive. Also loved that there were 2 laundry rooms provided. Highly recommend!

We are two professional friends from the East Coast, in town for a conference. We decided to come early and hang out together, and explore Los Angeles for a few days. The house was perfect for our purposes: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an efficient kitchen, a living room with a view over the valley. The location is superb: quick and easy access to the Hollywood freeway, meaning you can set off in any direction in greater Los Angeles from a central point. We explored all the way from Pasadena to Malibu Canyon to Palos Verdes and the port. For fun we drove Mulholland Drive, which starts at the bottom of the hill to the house, to the Getty Center. There is nothing like the Hollywood Hills anywhere. You have to see it to believe it.

my stay at Howard's place was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! Howard is a ROCKSTAR host - super responsive, ridiculously helpful, and made me feel like royalty! The house was immaculate, cozy, and in the most convenient location ever! I mean, it's like he knew exactly what I'd need and made sure everything was just right. The room was comfy, the amenities were top-notch, and the area was perfect for exploring. Howard's attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to snag a booking (because let's be real, this place books up FAST!), you won't regret it. Modern villas location in Hollywood hills is the ONLY place I stay when I come to California . Beautiful views great hot tub that actually works unlike a lot of airbnbs open space concept making it easy to flow around. Additionally Bruno is the man he always is ready to help or accommodate . My fav airbnb so far

Awesome stay! The house was super clean, comfortable, and had a great vibe. The location was perfect—just a quick drive to Universal Studios and Warner Bros. We had a fantastic week at Daniel’s place in West Hollywood! The apartment is stunning, super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Great location close to everything. Daniel and Elinor were easy to communicate with, and the place had all the essentials. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Maysa’s place. She was super responsive and everything was as shown in pictures! Keep in mind it is in the hills so getting there requires lots of curves (for non-LA people like me, I had no idea it was so much). I’d recommend though- it was really peaceful and the outdoor area is so nice!

This place was amazing, close to lots of restaurants. House was clean and comfortable. The stairs could be a bit much to people who aren’t used to it. Overall host were very proactive and responsive. Definitely will be a top spot to stay again when I’m in the area.

We had a great stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet (just some noise in mornings from bin collection), but still close to Beverly Hills, etc. The place was spotless, and hosts were responsive.

Overall a great place very much as described. We loved staying there. We were a bit surprised by the mixed housing complex to each side (not as we assumed for West Hollywood). Nonetheless, a very nice place and conscientious hosts. We would choose it again.
