We had a wonderful stay. So peaceful listening to the waves and watching the sunrises each morning. Close enough to town yet offers plenty of privacy.

The place was very nice. We enjoyed the beautiful nature boardwalk and beach walk everyday. The kids enjoyed the gym and pool. It was a family friendly place and nice people. The house had everything we need. The master bathroom was spacious and very comfortable bed that gave us very good sleep every night.

The cleanliness and organization are truly impressive, a testament to the host’s attention to detail. Every necessity is provided, from dish and washer detergent to body wash, shampoo, conditioner, extra garbage bags, and paper towels. The kitchen is a culinary dream, with high-end appliances and an array of pots and pans that inspire creativity. And the beds? The sheets are like a cloud, enveloping you in comfort and making it impossible to leave the warmth of the bed, even on a sunny beach day! The host is exceptional, checking in to ensure everything is perfect. It’s clear that Noah goes above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience for his guests. This was a perfect place just for two people. Everything that you would need was right there, even if was in walking distant or driving distant, and was close to the beach. This was a great place to stay for us as we were on senior trip, it was affordable and the perfect size for us two. The hosts were very helpful and friendly whenever we were in need of help with anything and they left great instructions on where everything was or how they could help when in need. The pool was heated and the beach access was right there and not too far. Not to mention, everything was pretty private and only access was given to those who were living in the complex. They also had chairs and an umbrella that we were able to use on the beach and we didn’t have to buy new ones. Would stay here again!!

My family and I loved this spot! It was absolutely beautiful, from the view of the ocean and the condo itself. It is well maintained and has everything possible that you would need. We will definitely book again!

Condo was clean and cute. It was on the small side (like described) but it was fine for our family of 4 (kids are 6&8). The vacant lot next door allowed for a wide open beach. We had a great stay.

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

Sylvie’s place was in a few words cozy, comfortable, and convenient (very close to the beach which is what I was looking for). If you love watching the sunrise over the ocean in your pj’s with a cup of coffee this is the perfect spot. We had one of the best vacations we have had in our 11 years of marriage. Not a 5 star hotel but a 5 star experience for us!

This place was spectacular!!! I've stayed at many airbnbs before, but the view from this apartment was literally breathtaking. I loved that you could see the ocean from every room. the place was very clean and there was lots of room for a family of 4. the bed were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There's lots to do nearby and its located close to the Daytona boardwalk. There is even a restaurant at the top of the building that offers panoramic views of the beach/city. My family and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb 👌

Great place to stay at cozy everything you need close by beach walking distance

We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past decade and Megan's beachfront condo ranks among the best experiences we have had. The floor plan was perfect for our family of four. The furnishings, appliances, and interior design are all modern and well-maintained. Everything is faithful to the pictures. The welcome bag (with a nice breakfast option included) and fully stocked kitchen made it effortless for us to settle in. Often times we have to check in and go right back out to the store to cover some basic needs, but Megan had everything covered for us! Overall, it was a delightful trip. Beautiful views of the ocean and river. Nice condo amenities. No-hassle parking. Beach access a few steps away. Great restaurants north and south within a short drive. We were in town to visit family and send our kids to the Pure Life surf camp (right next to the condo). We have decided to make this an annual tradition. Definitely will be back!

No complaints! The place is just like in the pictures and loved how clean it was. Didn't fully use the amenities because I got sick, but we are planning to return.

The home was absolutely wonderful — incredibly comfortable, spotless, private, and beautifully designed. The artwork and décor added a unique and charming touch. We were also lucky to spot owls, birds, raccoons, lizards, butterflies, and dragonflies — a true nature lover’s delight!

It was a perfect stay for our family of 5. We were here for a cheer event and it was very convenient. The location was great. The kiddos loved all of the pools and I loved that the condo was oceanfront. Definitely a great stay!

Perfect stay & experience from start to finish! Dory is the best Airbnb host we have ever experienced, and we’ve had some great ones! Made us feel welcome and right at home from the moment we got there. Every thing you need is there at your fingertips, Dory has thought of everything, plug and play and forget your worries once you walk in the door. Our dogs give it two paws up for the big basket of toys, doggy door and FUN fenced in backyard! The humans appreciated the plush cozy bed with lush soft sheets. The pool was just what we needed and the privacy fence in the beautifully landscaped backyard gives the secluded secret garden experience you are looking for. I could go on and on! 10 stars for Dory and the beautiful peaceful stay at Ormond Beach.

I felt right at home here. The condo had everything we needed. I liked the security of the private parking and locked entrances. The master bedroom area, including the master bath, were my favorite place to relax second to the private balcony with ocean views. The place was clean and exceeded our expectations. I loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living room area. I would love to stay here again! Thank you again 🙏
