Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Höllviken

This stay was my first Air BNB stay. It was me and my son who is 19. Our annual father-son adventure. I travel a lot and usually stay in hotels. My son convinced me to try Air BNB. From the beginning Christina was a great communicator. She was responsive to all my questions. I felt very prepared when I got to Copenhagen. The check in process was very easy. She clearly had the whole thing very well thought out. The apartment and surrounding area was great. The apartment over looks a pretty lake. So relaxing to sit by the lake. Lots to do in easy walking distance. GREAT biking in the city. She checked in on us by text during the week. The check out process was smooth. I feel good about recommending this apartment to others staying in Copenhagen. My experience encouraged me to try Air BNB again on my next vacation.

I stayed for several weeks in this very well-located apartment. Louise’s place is comfortable and spacious, with everything you need in the kitchen. The WiFi handled video calls and streaming. I slept well on the soft mattress. There are tons of great bakeries, cafes, restaurants and shops within a 15 min walk, plus beautiful lakes and harbour areas. The metro is a couple of mins away, or the central areas are easily walkable within 20-30 mins. Louise was super kind and responsive. I would happily stay here again. The apartment is located in a busy area of the city, so if you’re looking for somewhere very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, it’s not right for you. Worth noting you pick the keys up from a restaurant 5 mins away - the staff knew exactly what to do and I found this much less stressful than fiddling with a lockbox for the key like other airbnbs!

Simon's property is in a great location! Close to the metro, fantastic bakery next door and restaurants nearby. Simon was responsive and helpful if we needed assistance. The property is across two floors with steep stairs. Take care in the kitchen as there is no banister so falling is possible if you misjudge the edge of the floor! Also, if you are the third person, would recommend packing an eye mask! A great stay overall 🙂 Would recommend to a friend

Signe's place was perfect! Even better than expected. We were traveling with our 1 year old daughter and having all of the baby necessities made it much easier and enjoyable for us. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location!

Had a lovely stay at Berits place. Close to public transport and very peaceful. The house is also as mentioned with all amenities. Would highly recommend.

Recomendable 100%. El piso es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Se encuentra cerca de una estación que conecta muy cómodamente con el centro, por lo que moverte por Dinamarca te será muy fácil, y rápido. Lo que más quiero destacar es la amabilidad de Yige. Es un anfitrión de primera, no dudó en ayudarnos en todo momento. No dudes en reservar, merece muchísimo la pena!

Wat een fijn verblijf! We waren positief verrast. Een fijne plek om te verblijven, schoon en ruim! Eigenaren zijn super aardig en reageren snel. Ideaal voor op doorreis. We komen hier zeker nog is terug!

Awesome stay! The location is perfect and the neighborhood is beautiful. The walking trails lead to the mall and also the nearby train station. This made commuting to central Malmö & Copenhagen very easy. Martin & Aida were amazing hosts! Great communication and a warm welcome during checkin!

Beautiful, clean and cosy house in peaceful surroundings. Easy access to the station with direct and frequent trains to the centre of Copenhagen. Local, well-stocked supermarket less than a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend staying in this lovely home.

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und ohne Komplikationen; ein früherer Check-in wurde uns ermöglicht. Anna reagierte prompt auf unsere Anfragen und unterstützte uns jederzeit. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am See und präsentierte sich in einem makellos sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Wir werden diese Unterkunft gerne erneut buchen und empfehlen sie weiter!

Although we were busy travelling and didn’t have much time to enjoy this wonderful space, it had a home like feel for us to rest our heads after long days discovering nearby areas, along with visits to Copenhagen, day trips to Sweden & and overnight stay in Germany. Laust was very responsive to address any of our needs. Our stay was over Christmas & New Year holidays visiting family members, so we weren’t able to enjoy the lovely terrace or gardens on the property. The location is ideal and within walking distance to the beach. It’s also a short 15 minute drive to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art and approximately 30 minute drive to Kronborg Castle. We hope to return in the future to enjoy the outdoor space! We very much appreciate the use of this spacious accommodation during our stay, with attentive hosts!

Wir sind sehr freundlich von Maud und Anders empfangen worden und haben eine ruhige Winterwoche im gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß durch die kleine Siedlung, was auch unserem Hund sehr gefallen hat. Mit Kamin und Wärmepumpe ist das Haus winterfest, den großen Garten haben wir im Winter nicht genutzt. An die steile Treppe zu den beiden Schlafzimmern im OG haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt.

Vi uppskattade verkligen vår vistelse i Eriks fina hus. Trots pågående renovering andades huset kvalitet och värme. Vi trivdes perfekt och kunde få den avkoppling vi så väl behövde, då vi anordnade vår sons bröllop i närheten. Huset hade allt man behövde och en charm man blev smått förälskad i. Vi kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka när vi har tid att utforska det fantastiska Skåne☺️

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Airbnb-Unterkunft! Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und war bei unserer Ankunft sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Für unsere Gruppe von 6 Personen war ausreichend Platz vorhanden, sodass wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Anbindung ist ebenfalls hervorragend – die Bahn Station ist in gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was uns sehr flexibel gemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Frederik war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Absolut zu empfehlen, sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft, wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt und hatten einen sehr warmherzigen Empfang. Emma und Anders sind äußerst nette Gastgeber, man kann sich sehr gut mit Ihnen unterhalten und kann spannende Infos über den Hof, die Tiere und die Umgebung erfahren. Die Unterkunft (ein 140-jährige, ehemalige Scheune) ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet (ein Highlight waren z.B. zwei frische Blumensträuße auf den Tischen) und hat eine einmalige Ausstrahlung. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, um lecker kochen zu können. Man kann frische Eier aus dem Stall holen und Tiere beobachten und streicheln (Hund, Katze, Schafe, Hühner, Truthahn) und von der Unterkunft aus das schöne Skåne erkunden. Am Strand ist man in ca. 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto, ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in dieser Zeit zu erreichen. Unseren Kindern und uns hat es dort sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Das Gartenhaus war perfekt für mich für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Lund: gute Größe, gut eingerichtet (Föhn, Toaster, stabiles WLAN etc.), kleine private Terrasse(!), sichere Abstellmöglichkeit für mein Fahrrad, kostenfreier Parkplatz(!) auf dem Hof, ruhige Nachbarschaft, fußläufig zum Stadtzentrum. Mit Annica hatte ich sehr nette und interessante Gespräche, ich habe mich sofort angenommen und zuhause gefühlt. Danke dafür! Ich hoffe, dass ich bald wiederkommen kann!

The apartment exceeded expectations, both in amenities, comfort and location. Mette was extremely accommodating and flexible about arrival and departure times, allowing us a stress-free experience on both ends of our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Svend’s place! We specifically needed accommodation in that part of the city, and this spot turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. Several supermarkets are just a short walk away, and there’s also a charming bakery nearby. The metro station is conveniently close, making it easy to get to the city center. All in all, we’d absolutely recommend staying here!

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt, zwei Erwachsene und ein zweijähriges Kind. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, nah am Wasser und Park, dennoch ruhig. Nur 10 - 15 Minuten zum Tivoli und generell in die Innenstadt. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Toaster uvm. Auch die Möglichkeit sein Auto sicher in der zugehörigen Tiefgarage abzustellen ist super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We enjoyed our stay in Betina's and Soeren's apartment very much. It is spaceous and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped. The photos of the listing give a very good expression. We loved the location: it is a short walk to the metro and to Amager beach where you can relax. We clearly recommend this place and would love to get back!

Wir haben uns in unserer Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus lag in einer ruhigen Umgebung und verfügte über einen separaten Eingang, was für zusätzliche Privatsphäre sorgte. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch ein eigener Parkplatz war vorhanden. Besonders schön war der gepflegte Garten, der zum Verweilen einlud. Die Lage war ideal für unsere Ausflüge. Direkt vor Ort konnten wir starten, und dank der guten Busverbindung war Malmö bequem ohne Auto erreichbar. Die Umgebung war landschaftlich sehr reizvoll, und in nur wenigen Minuten Fahrzeit erreichte man das Meer. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Karina was a phenomenal host. We got very lucky with booking her place as her place was very comfortable and the location was great. She curated a well thought recommendations of restaurants nearby. A huge bonus was her place was family friendly!

Siisti, uusi studiohuoneisto, jossa etelään päin avautuva parveke. Metrolle 500m matka kukkivan puiston läpi. Ruokakauppoja ja ruokapaikkoja useita muutaman sadan metrin säteellä. Kohteesta oli helppo tutustus Kööpenhaminan nähtävyyksiin. Suosittelen :-)
