Three bedrooms, a loft, and an open living space. Outdoors, kids can enjoy the trampoline and play areas, while adults relax in the lounge or enjoy meals in the dining area. It’s the ideal base for exploring nearby beaches, woods, boat trips (ask about rental), Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, etc.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).

Vi leier ut vår helt nye ferieleilighet på Årossanden. Her er det kort vei til idylliske badeområder og helårs innendørs svømmebasseng. Leiligheten ligger ved Åros feriesenter, sentralt med kort vei til badeområder, Kristiansand sentrum, og dyreparken. Skap minner for livet med familie og venner på dette unike og familievennlige stedet. Innsjekk etter kl 18, men spør gjerne om du kan sjekke inn før.

Flott bolig i enderekkehus stille og rolig område med kun 10 min. Gange til Årossanden som har nydelig sandstrand. Gode bussforbindelser til Kristiansand, og kun 20 min. Med bil til Dyreparken og ett av Norges største shoppingsenter. Eget badebasseng på terrassen som er til fri bruk på eget ansvar(sesong) Det er en katt i huset, med katteluke, i tilfelle noen er allergiske.
