Hill Stile House Annexe is in a quiet location overlooking the marshes. It is set back from the road and has off road parking for three cars. Guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden and children may use the trampoline. Burnham Norton is five minutes from Burnham Market and Burnham Overy Staithe, ten minutes from Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham, Brancaster and Titchwell. The Norfolk Coastal Path is easily accessible by foot as are many wonderful trails. Burnham Norton Marsh is a nature reserve.

Here you can sit and watch the fishing boats arrive back with there daily catch, or take one of the many glorious walks that abound this area or have a ramble down to the fantastic local beaches. * We have a minimum Three night booking policy *

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.
