The thoughtfully designed spaces made it feel both cozy and luxurious. My entire family loved the experience – from the warm, inviting atmosphere to the unbeatable beach access. It was the perfect location for making cherished memories. Mario was incredibly helpful, and the staff (cleaners and cooks) were excellent! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

A Jungle Paradise Escape - Unmatched Serenity and Hospitality! From the moment we arrived, we knew this hidden gem within Yucatán jungle would be amazing! Our SUPERHOSTS provided an unparalleled experience that went way beyond expectations. The house has all the modern amenities you could wish for and natural surroundings of the property are breathtaking. The pool is the perfect retreat from the everyday hustle and bustle. What made our stay really memorable was the extraordinary hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, assisting us in coordinating a private dinner with a chef who delighted us with local cuisine and they also helped arranging our travel plans. Also, it is just a short 15-minute ride to the stunning island of Holbox, another slice of PARADISE, and the nearby Five Cenotes provided an adventure that was both thrilling and refreshing. This place is a destination of its own. Perfect for friends and family.

Wow what a perfect stay! Our dogs absolutely loved the big yard and hanging out on the front porch! The location is just a few minutes walk to the beach and town. We loved our stay here and would definitely be back!

An ideal location, directly on the beach where you can hear the sound of the waves. Restaurants are nearby where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house is rustic and very functional.

Stayed at Veronica’s place and it was absolutely perfect. We were 3 couples staying, and rented out the entire house. The whole house is separated into 3 fully functional units, which is perfect because everybody has their own space. The lower unit is a 2 bedroom and quite a bit larger which allows for a more communal space to hang out and make dinners. The location is fantastic, close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. They were able to accommodate any request, and every recommendation they made for dining/excursions was spot on. I can’t recommend this place enough, Holbox is a magical place.

Great place everything matches to the description it is a peaceful, I really recommend it, Sofia is a very nice person always proactive, people at the property very helpful and also friendly, you can’t go wrong.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you would need. The Location was perfect. We really enjoyed the private pool to cool down in after a day at the beach. Veronica was a lovely host. We would highly recommend staying at Terra Apartments!

Our stay at Apt Cota was lovely! The location is excellent and easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and stores. The private pool in the back is perfect for cooling off. The hosts were responsive and helpful. This is a great space for a couple to stay.

We had an all-around beautiful stay and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment corresponded exactly to the pictures – modernly furnished and very clean. We were particularly enthusiastic about the private pool on the roof - a real highlight! There we were able to unwind wonderfully and let the day come to an end. The pool was also ideal for our small children (4 and 5 years old) - easily accessible, pleasant in depth and safe to use with supervision. They had a great time! The accommodation is in a quiet area about 15 mins walk from the center and also the communication with the host was consistently friendly and uncomplicated. A note for future guests: The accommodation is part of a small complex with a total of four houses. Our house was in the second row - unfortunately, this was not clear in the description. Nevertheless, it was a really very nice stay, which we would gladly recommend!

We stayed for a week in this accommodation for our honeymoon, and it was simply magical. The photos don’t do justice to the beauty of the place — the view is absolutely breathtaking, and even after a week, we never got tired of it. The house is spotless, tastefully decorated, and you feel at home right away. I planned our whole stay with the co-host Karina, who was amazing: she arranged our transfer and had a lovely surprise waiting for us when we arrived. Communication was perfect from start to finish — attentive, responsive, and truly caring. In short, I recommend this place 200%, with my eyes closed!

A place to stay in the quiet part of the island and if I may say so also in the nicer one. The reception was very warm and friendly. A top accommodation at a reasonable price and you have everything you need. A bike makes the path easier but not necessary. Everything is within walking distance. Within 20 minutes you are in the center. Smaller supermarkets are in the vicinity. Always happy to come back

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabana right on the beach. The communication with Jony was super easy and we loved that there was room service every day. Unfortunately it wasn’t really possible to balance out the water temperature in the shower, it was either boiling hot or cold, but we didn’t mind too much. Would definitely recommend :)
