This place was amazing! The house is clean and spacious. Perfect location, away from busy from traffic but only a couple minute walk to the beach and about 10-15 minutes walk along the beautiful beachside into town. The pool was great and we lounged on the deck with the neighboring iguana. WiFi was fine and the place had pretty much everything we needed.

Great, spacious house in an amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, and less than a 10 min walk to town center. Very private and safe. Had a few minor issues with the house, but they were addressed promptly. We appreciated the recommendation for transportation from Cancun, the access to beach chairs, the beach towels, and fresh fruit and water. Tons of closet space. We will be back for sure!

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Lou. While the location was a bit far from the beaches, the neighbors were noisy late into the night, and sometimes trash burning was kind of toxic air quality, the home is wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. The pool is especially nice with jacuzzi jets and very clean. Karina was an absolutely wonderful host who helped us with all our food and entertainment requests. She introduced us to a great taxi driver who was very responsive and safe. It was a great immersion into the culture of Holbox.

Unbelievable experience very welcoming. The house was very clean the maintenance team always at your service very respectful man. The nicest beach in Holbox is a 2-3 mins walk. About 30 min walk to the centro. Very beautiful stay and experience definitely making plans to come back.

Super well cared for, they were attentive to us and were very friendly and attentive to the place if we would stay again!!!

Everything was very good with the home and the attention from Monica, only there was a lot of flies and that made it unbearable to go out to the pool and every time we asked for a taxi we had to run out because in front and on the side there was a lot of grass that attracted the flies in an exaggerated way.

We came with our three children for a week. It was a little nerve wracking, as there aren’t pictures of all the spaces so we didn’t know what we were in for. But it was an open-floor plan living area with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Each one had a spacious bath, and there are two half baths. So many outdoor spaces to hang in, and the pool and garden were terrific; so shady and beautiful! We enjoyed coming back to the house during the hottest part of the day so the children could be out of the sun or nap. The walk to the closest beach is a matter of minutes; we used Cafe Del Mar many days to eat and use the beach chairs. We definitely felt welcomed and the helpers on site were fantastic. The house needed a lot of airing out when we arrived, it was musty and that was hard to get used to, running the ac units helped a lot, but if your sensitive to that kind of thing it may be a deal breaker. Town is about a 15 min walk, coffee shop 8 min. Over all we were very happy.

Absolutely perfect. The house is great, big spacious rooms with comfie beds. The property is amazing with perfect white sand stretching from the door all the way to the ocean. The location couldn't be better with cute little beach bars and restaurants in both directions and being only a few blocks from the town center. Holbox is quite lively and you can hear music and festivities through the night, but close the doors and the rooms remain peaceful and quiet. The racoons and coatis might also pay you a visit if you stay up late enough. They're totally harmless! Just don't leave any food or trash out.

The place was as described and shown in the photos, very comfortable, everything excellent, highly recommended if you want to have peace of mind it is the perfect place, likewise the pool gives you a great plus to relax.

Very nice place to stay with a well-kept complex. Everything was very clean, our questions were answered very quickly and we felt very safe and comfortable. The location is quiet, there were some good restaurants right nearby, to the center for more hustle and bustle you have to take a 20 min. Schedule a walk or borrow bicycles, which can also be found in the immediate vicinity. The way to the beach is really very short. We would recommend it to anyone who likes it a little quieter.

Delighted with the place! The attention is excellent: every day they were available in case we needed anything, they gave us information about tourist activities and places to eat, they also gave us info on tours at a good price and we were able to rent bikes for the day much cheaper than in the center. We were also offered to enjoy the pool which we did not have included. The quiet area, the closest beach is beautiful! It is close to Punta Cocos. Downtown you can walk quietly. The house is cute, the room is large and has plenty of storage space, the bathroom is good, the shower is large and has good pressure, the kitchen-living is a spacious space, it has everything you need to cook for two and basic utensils. The WiFi works out of ten, I worked from there and it worked great. I would definitely go back!

The house was perfect for our family with two separate apartments for the couples and the downstairs apartment with 2 bedroom and a nice big kitchen where we all cooked and spent time together. The hardest thing was the lack of drainage on the street after the rain. It was hard to get around without stepping in muddy water. On the whole we had a great time.

Wow. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough... we were 5 adults total and one baby... the campus of both houses was perfect for our group. The houses each are spacious with very cool decor and the pools/sun decks make this place an absolute oasis. Mostly though, this Airbnb was as special as it was due to Daniela!! She made us feel right at home... including flexible check-in and check-out when our plans abruptly changed last minute. She was laid-back but super professional... checked in regularly (but not intrusively lol) to ensure we had what we needed and to offer any recommendations or services she could arrange for us. Also, the maintenance crew keeps that place looking new and refreshed daily. This was truly a great Airbnb experience and we are grateful for the attention and care Daniela and her team provided. AMAZING!!!!

Beautiful, private home right on the beach! Walkable to downtown, convenience store, restaurants, etc. The ocean was perfect for swimming and the sandy bottom goes out far! Our pool was also very refreshing. Beach bags and pool towels were provided. The bedrooms are all very nice and large, all with their own well stocked bathrooms. All rooms in this home have great views of the ocean! The kitchen is also well stocked, with plenty of seating and open to the family room. We had several flight problems causing us to arrive a day late. Rene was so kind and offered to have complimentary yummy pizzas delivered to us! Both Rene and Sonia were very helpful with organizing transportation for us, and recommending places to go during our stay. I would highly recommend staying in this amazing home! Thank you again Rene and Sonia for your generosity, kindness, and making us want to come back and stay in your beautiful home!

The location of this house can’t be beat. It is on the nicest stretch of beach. It’s about a 15 min walk to the Main Street of town but there is a good restaurant right next door and lots of close options to eat and drink. The inside of the house is rustic and the decor is interesting. But everything worked and we spent all of our time outside on the main floor patio. Also when we were there some men came and erected a beach palapa as part of the rental so hopefully that stays up for future guests as it was great to have. If you are a wing foiler this place is ideal. You can launch from the beach in front and store your stuff on the second floor. It was perfect.

This is a proper holiday home, we loved it! The apartment is spacious, bright and very clean. We loved relaxing on the hammocks and the fact it was very quiet at night. The best beaches are more towards Playa/Punta Mosquito so you’ll have to rely on taxis to get to those but there are some food options very near and we could also walk to the town centre which is about 20 mins walk away. We loved the onsite cats and the managers were very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

We love staying at Casa De Mia. It was our second time. The location is just outside of downtown so it is nice and quiet but a quick 5 minute walk to the centre. The roof top terrace is beautiful and the perfect way to unwind after a hot beach day thanks to the plunge pool. The hosts are very kind and quick to respond if you run into anything. Would stay here again!
