Cozy apartment, check-in was very easy. The only thing missing is a table and chairs for meals.

In addition to the apartment space being very good, the amenities available in the condominium are great: grocery store, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, beauty care, pet space. Building staff are very cordial. The host is very solicitous. We had a great experience.

Extremely new, very organized and very clean accommodation. It had all the utensils I needed, including a coffee machine (they kindly left some coffee powder too), bed and bath linen in great condition. Comfortable space. Good internet for working. Pay attention to the guest rules and documentation to avoid mismatches.

Fábio was attentive to myself with my setbacks at check-in and check-out. It was always concerned about assisting me and making sure my entrance to the building goes smoothly. The apartment is well tidy and has everything you need, with plenty of space to enjoy. It was very clean and in order. Fábio's instructions helped a lot and I would come back for sure!

We rented the house to go to the Americana Rodeo and had an incredible experience. Easy to find, Uber easy to find, bars, market, pharmacy and fast food very close to the house. The house has absolutely EVERYTHING and even more than we need (everything we were looking for somewhere had hahha), Gabriel was very timely, gave tips on places, and was very flexible. It has a private area with a yard and barbecue that we were able to enjoy a LOT, especially for the barbecue part, because it is a very nice space in the house. It was a very good experience, and if it is available, we will be renting the house for the next rodeo. PS: Even the shower was very nice for the temperature and the cold (10°C). Lastly, super recommend.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. Chácara in very safe and quiet gated condominium. beautiful views of the mountain at sunset. super-equipped house with barbecue, pizza oven, various refrigerators, microwave, toaster, mad washing machine, clothes, dryer, swimming pool, umbrelones, many tables, good quality TV and kitchen set in the home and in the leisure area.

The place is amazing and quiet. The house has everything and more. Luziana always available to answer questions and helped me with the delivery of on-site purchases. I and my family loved the place and we will definitely come back. Special thanks to Dorinha, who received us super well and with a delicious food.

Thank you very much Jose Nilson and Leonel for this wonderful stay!! Their apartment is very well decorated and brand new! It's just like the pictures. Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the bedroom is spacious and the apartment has a good balcony with a wonderful view. For me, the big difference was having a gas shower and two parking spaces, things that you rarely see in smaller apartments in Cambuí. Everything in the apartment worked and the building is very charming, located in the best neighborhood of Campinas, full of shops and restaurants. I loved staying there and I will definitely stay again!!
