Cozy house, clean, well cared for with a wonderful view! Ideal to spend time with family and friends!!!

The villa is even more beautiful in person! The nearby lake gives a special charm to the place, and the treehouse brings that sweet nostalgia of childhood dreams. The countryside has a rustic and old style, but this does not compromise the experience at all – on the contrary, it only adds to the cozy atmosphere. The swimming pool was warm throughout the stay, allowing you to enjoy until the evening, and our dog had too much fun running down the lawn. We liked it so much that we wanted to stay until later on the last day. We definitely want to go back!

Great accommodation, Kelly was attentive and promptly answered the questions I had. The house was clean and super-equipped, with a plethora of cookware and even barbecue. Toilets and bedrooms were clean, the farmhouse is very comfortable, the pool gets sunny all day and it gets super hot until swimming at night. The room has air-conditioning, which brings a lot of comfort. Several armchairs to keep chatting and seeing the starry sky in the evening. It had wifi and 3G takes almost everywhere in the house (even though it is rural) and TV. Due to the pandemic, I had not seen so many friends and had not had so much fun in many years. These were incredible days here, definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay! The house is wonderful and cozy. We had already been enchanted by the photos, but personally, it is indescribable. The cleanliness and hygiene of the space were impeccable, which made us feel at home. The pool is super nice. The rooms are large and with many lockers. In addition, the utensils available are of excellent quality, well cared for and with a huge variety of items. Mr. Rodrigo was extremely attentive and helpful. An odd human being, always available to answer any questions. We could create great memories, I highly recommend the stay and we will definitely return....

We had a wonderful experience, the house very well organized, clean, furniture in good condition, airy house, rooms with ceiling fans, comfortable beautiful barbecue area, beautiful and clean pool, we traveled in a group of family members with small children and everyone had fun and was very happy. João and his team always very helpful, caring, polite, friendly, personal, fine people score 10. The beautiful countryside for those who truly seek peace, quiet tranquility joy and comfort. Casa pass to the city center 11km only 20min, region of the house has commerce as well, we have tasted one of the best ice creams of life in the São José emporium ice cream shop that is practically in front of the house. We had an amazing experience in the house and we will definitely return, it is on our dear list of places we visited that we fell in love with.

Gianpietro received us very well, was able to relax the check-in and check-out, gave us good indications of the city and even left pampering. The entire space was very clean and organized. The place is quiet, well located and very pleasant. I recommend it and I will be back for sure.

The stay was fantastic, very green, with a fabulous organic garden. The host GIANPIETRO is very kind, polite and communicative, giving tips about the region and answering any questions or requests promptly. The house is clean, the location is very good and the night was quiet, you can only hear the birds singing. I'm really looking forward to returning!!!

The place is delicious. Sunset the most beautiful thing. House with everything clean, working.... The homesteaders mega solitaire and considerate. We recommend with your eyes closed.

It was one of the best houses I've ever stayed in, sensational. It is well maintained, has everything we need to feel at home, in addition to a very beautiful garden and heated pool. Sandra and Luiz Fernando are super nice, we were greeted with delicious coffee and cake. Quiet place, very good to rest with the family. We will definitely be back.
