The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with heat pump, wood stove. Cozy newly renovated full year house, with partial fjord view and with charger for electric car. The house is located on the north side of Jegindö and with 10 minutes walk down to the fjord. The whole plot is covered with trees and lawns so you can sit completely naked outside. The house is 150m2 and has 2nd double bedrooms , 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with exit to the dining area.

Relax in a cozy and quiet setting. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.
