Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

From the terrace you're looking at beautiful vineyards and from the panoramic swing, located in the slope behind the house, you can even see the the river rhine. By foot you reach the river in 5 minutes. The legendary loreley rock is just 5 km away. Hiking trails like the Rheinsteig and Jakobsweg start in front of your door. Enjoy your stay

It is a superbly renovated old building apartment in Eltville am Rhein, from which you can quickly reach the vineyards worth seeing as well as the cozy city center of Eltville. The apartment is equipped with a very high quality kitchen (induction stove, BORA extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave). Furthermore, the apartment is very spacious with its 90 m².
