The approx. 65 sqm apartment consists of a beautiful bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a comfortable double bed and in the living room, the couch is pull-out for two more sleeping places. Parking would be possible without any hassle in front of the property at no extra cost. For motorcycles, parking is also possible under the roof on the property.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. You live in a private 1 room apartment, about 27 square meters, private bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen fully equipped, dining area, bed 90x200cm, sat 50 inch UHD TV, sofa bed (sleeps 2) Decoration: Space & Lunar In the area you will find mountains for hiking, Hutberg and bike paths

Apartment in Ruhland

Our non-smoking apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with shower, as well as a living/sleeping room with double bunk bed (140 wide at the bottom / 90 at the top) and TV. Parking and Wi-Fi are included. Bed linens are available during your stay. Ruhland is just off the highway between Dresden and the Spreewald on the edge of the Lausitz Lakeland (about 10 km). Everything is easily accessible by train. The apartment is well suited for fitters. With a child, 3 could also stay overnight.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Get out of the countryside right on the swimming lake - Holidays at the edge of the Lusatian Lake District. The "Fuchsbau" is located in a quiet location in the middle of nature. In the immediate vicinity are a playground, a swimming lake and an ostrich farm. The environment invites for extensive walks and bike rides. A crackling fireplace in the pouring rain or birdsong in the sunshine on the terrace - a place to relax and unwind.

Perfect bed & bike between Spreewald & Dresden

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!

Top floor apartment on Hutberg

The apartment is located in the attic in our residential building right at the foot of the Hutberg. It has a small hallway, a spacious living room with open fully equipped fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the Hutberg. The bedroom with a double bed, closet and chest of drawers overlooks the Walberg. The bathroom is very small, equipped with shower , toilet and small sink.
