Lovely clean, spacious and comfortable home. Stephanie is a great host and very quick and helpful with communication. Superb location for Europa Park and sightseeing in the region.

Unfortunately, the weather was only good on the last day. The swimming pool was fine. The house is divided into two parts, one of which is occupied by the hostess. However, only we were allowed to use the bathroom. The location is rather rural (in a village), and there are only a few leisure opportunities nearby.

We had a great stay, all 3 of us didn't want to leave. The view was extraordinary, lots to see around the cottage & nice people in the neighborhood. Everything in the cottage was great & were even surprised how beautiful it all was. Quick response from host for tips & advice. There was nothing disappointing. 15 minutes from villages where there was also a lot to do. This was a great experience & we look forward to coming back. Thank you !

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything I needed, and the location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Very pleasant and relaxing stay, the bathroom room/ kitchenette set is remarkably furnished and of very good quality, the autonomy is complete and the hosts are really charming and welcoming. A great place to stay in Strasbourg!

Super apartment on the 1st floor of an old train station. Everything is available and very nice and modern. The house is right next to the train tracks on which trains pass by from time to time. However, the train traffic did not bother us at all, on the contrary, our son was very happy every time a train passed. We especially liked the beautiful terrace overlooking the castle. We had 3 very nice days here.

We were allowed to spend 5 nights in the beautiful apartment with Nathalie and Pascal. We liked it very much, the area invites you to explore. A great, clean apartment with a great location and the possibility to quickly get to Strasbourg, Freiburg or the Black Forest. Nathalie and Pascal respond quickly to messages and are also very flexible at check-in. All in all, we liked the accommodation very much and we can recommend it without reservation. Everything is fine!

We stayed with our 15 month old son with Christoph and Polly and had a very nice stay. The two are super friendly and helpful and our son was allowed to play in the garden at any time. The location is really great on the outskirts of Laar, in the middle of the countryside. Great for hiking or biking. We will be happy to come back!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautifully designed apartment. We particularly liked that there is a lot of nature all around and the apartment is so harmoniously designed. There was all the equipment we needed. The garden is also great, with various corners where you can make yourself comfortable.

We felt very lucky to stay in this historic home, which was bulit in 1817 and set in a quiet, peaceful street with other homes of similar vintage. The interior maintains the charm of yesteryear but offers all the modern comforts one could need. We really appreciated our hosts who were there when we needed but also privacy, so we felt completely at home. The easy 30 min cycle to and from Strasbourg each day, past farmland and along the canal was a great way to experience the area.

Nice spacious studio in the middle of the Black Forest. The studio is located on the ground floor of the hosts house, near the main road of Mitteltal, which was ideally located to start hikes and bike rides. With the Schwarzwald Plus card you can also use the bus for free to go to the start of hikes/activities in the region. Mitteltal has one very little supermarket and some bakeries and restaurants in walking distance (5-10 min). If you want some more options, Baiersbronn has some bigger supermarkets and more restaurants in 10 min by car. The sauna was a very nice addition on the rainy days. The bed was comfortable, the studio was very quiet and dark with the roller shutters down. The shower was also very nice. The host was very friendly and informative. We appreciated the parking spot in front of the house and the fact that we could park our racing bikes in the garage. We would recommend this studio for a peaceful trip to the Schwarzwald.
