Beautiful and nice accommodation if you are looking for peace and nature. Friendly host who is quick to respond and happy to help. I really enjoyed the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. Anything you need is present. The bed is nice, the shower works well and the space is large enough for at least 2 people with a nice outdoor space.

Upon arrival, it was already clear: this is going to be a great stay. Very friendly people in the area, beautiful nature, much to look forward to, with regard to upcoming activities in the days to come. If you don't want activities in the area: you will completely relax at this location. Communication with the owner went smoothly and quickly. In short: this is a must!

The accommodation is really nicely furnished, there is everything you need. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. The stairs are very steep, otherwise everything is perfect. I would stay there again at any time. Communication is TOP and very friendly and helpful.

This was by far one of the best vacation rentals I had ever booked. The equipment of the kitchen is almost like at home, sharp knives, lots of classic spices, oil, etc. That you could also use, so you don't have to buy everything new or bring it from home. The communication was actually the best I've experienced so far. Responses to Frahen came partly within two minutes and Annette was also incredibly friendly. In addition, there are many great children's games in the accommodation that our children also liked to play with. The garden is beautiful and clear and every morning and every evening Gustav, the little enterich, came by and let us feed. All in all a very clear recommendation!!!

A nice chalet that lacked nothing. It is located in a quiet holiday park, surrounded by beautiful forests. Communication with Anita was also very pleasant. She provided clear instructions and responded quickly and kindly.

We absolutely loved the city — it’s beautiful and peaceful. The Airbnb was a solid 11/10: stylish, spotless, and thoughtfully arranged. Petra and Erik pay close attention to the little details, which made our stay extra special. They were kind, patient, and shared helpful local tips. Honestly, the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in! We’d definitely stay here again — highly recommended!

I had a very nice stay at this great apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very cozy and super centrally located – everything is easily accessible on foot or by bike. I especially liked the beautiful garden. I highly recommend the vacation weeks.

We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

We liked our stay in Zuthpen and especially in the beautiful apartment. The contact with Mirjam and her husband was very friendly and our children, who visited us for a day, were also very nicely received by them. You can be in the city center in a few minutes, so you can quickly take a short break in the apartment if you feel like it. We look forward to repeating this great weekend!

Very nice studio in a nice street, close to the center. Small, but nice. We were 3 people, but that was fine. Hugo and Heleen are super hospitable and nice. We had a very nice stay.

Very nice stay with very friendly hosts! The location is also great, close to the center of Barneveld but still completely in the tranquility of the countryside. The surroundings are also beautiful, a beautiful area for cycling on the Veluwe.

What a nice place! We really enjoyed our stay at Ans and Anton's. Their B&B was the perfect base for the wedding we were going to. And how sweet: when it was pouring down, Anton even brought us the car! The next morning we were spoiled with a delicious breakfast. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. Impressive building, cozy bed, lots of beautiful ancient details. The location is great, once you cross the less busy road and you are in the beautiful city center. Annelies greeted us, explained the parking lot and the house. She filled the refrigerator beforehand so that we could have breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to come back! Had a wonderful stay with our two young children (1 and 3.5). A couple of sheep at the door, nice. Apartment small but exactly as described and by efficient layout everything is in it. Long bed (2.10?) box spring. and good sofa that has not sagged. Bicycles with child seats rented. We recommend it.

What a wonderful place in the heart of a wonderful city. The apartment is spacious, full of light and the interior is just marvelous. Plus it’s located in Amersfoort best neighborhood, central yet calm and private. Linda is a very kind host, and we felt it upon entering the place.

We had a wonderful time, the cottage is very nice and cozy, equipped with all comforts and with a large balcony on the sunny side. The nodes for cycling are everywhere. A beautiful environment between the great rivers. Bicycles to borrow are available in the shed ( with a swallow nest) Our stay in one word:: great. Thank👏😀 you Goodbye.

What a gem of a place. Lovely room with bathroom, everything clean and well cared for. In the reviews here and in the accommodation booklet in the room, all praise goes to Conny, her husband, the house and the surroundings. And rightly so! Conny responds quickly, kindly and thoughtfully. Breakfast is also recommended, super well taken care of!

We were warmly welcomed by Frank and although we were earlier than the check-in time we could already put our things inside. On the bench in front of the house you can sit comfortably and Frank also had tips for restaurants. The apartment is very pleasant and the city is wonderful to stroll through. We did a tour of the Smakenverkenners, also recommended! All in all a nice stay and very pleasant contact with Frank.
