I stayed in Lane’s Room. Jacob inquired earlier in the day of my travels, gave a weather forecast and reminder of location. Jacob inquired of check in and let me know he was on the premises. Jacob checked in several times during my visit. Lanes room was just what I needed! It was very clean, private comfortable, and I felt very safe if I get the opportunity to return to Hobbs, I will certainly check to see if Jacob has any availability.

IT WAS A NICE PLACE TO STAY, COMFORTABLE BED. DRIVING UP TO LOCATION NEIGHBORHOOD DIDN'T LOOK REALLY LIKE A NICE AREA BUT HAD NO PROBLEMS. COULD USE A BETTER COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEM. IT WAS COLD DURING MY STAY AND THE BEDROOM STAYED WARM BUT HAD TO USE THE FAN WHILE IN THE LIVING ROOM. I WOULD RETURN!

Great stay! Definitely worth the stay. Miguel went out of his way to install a window unit due to the AC being frozen but the had a repair man look at the AC. We slept nice and cold during our stay. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.
