Very nice place in Hobart, close to shops and pubs, easy to get down to the harbour, perfect for a long weekend.. A wonderful sat, thanks for having us.

Cute older cottage in my favourite part of Hobart. Lovely views, garden and nicely decorated to suit the style of house. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay as well as being warm and cosy.

We stayed here over the June long weekend. There were 4 adults and one 4 year old. The house was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Heating worked well. Beds comfy and showers good. Location was great, beautiful view and close to local shops and only 10 min drive to centre of Hobart. Deborah was an excellent host. Highly recommend.

Robert’s lovely cottage is perfect for a work trip or short stay in Hobart. I could walk to Salamanca Place in 15mins and the local area has some great restaurants and all the amenities you need. And free all day on street parking! It was a totally hassle free stay for me while I worked in the city and caught up with friends around Sandy Bay. Definitely my new preferred location in Hobart. And very much appreciated the stocked fridge and cooking supplies. Robert has taken care to enjoy your stay is as smooth and carefree as possible. Loved it!

This dear little house was in the perfect location next to a great pub and near the best bakery and the ultimate authentic Italian Ristorante. A short walk to everywhere! Fascinated by the lift to nowhere in one of the bedrooms! Thoroughly enjoyed the wood fire it made the place very cosy indeed.

Great stay, the house was lovely and tidy with good amenities. Had an issue with one of the toilets but Louise responded promptly and had the issue fixed quickly. The place was in a great location with everything we needed at a walkable distance.

We have only good things to say about Nicholas's home. It was the perfect base for our stay in Hobart. Truly felt like home so we were always comfortable and at ease and felt like we had everything we needed for our stay. It has to be said, the views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. It really made the stay special looking out over the city in the night time or during the morning with the lovely sun beaming into the lounge. There was almost almost too many spaces in the house to enjoy, with the two lounges upstairs, and the cool retro bar downstairs. It's the ideal place for friends and couples so that you have your own space and aren't walking all over each other. Nicholas was great too, always helpful and in contact. This is one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed at and we thank Nicholas for having us.

My friend's and I absolutely adored Sam's home in North Hobart. It is not your normal type of airbnb which makes a nice change. Very homely and slightly quirky and the perfect size for a group of friends. We loved how warm the house was, despite visiting in winter. The fireplace was just lovely! A really great location to either walk/scoot into the CBD and a very short walk to North Hobart's main street. Sam was very responsive and very flexible - thank you!

Chantelle was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. I had a lot of questions, both for myself and on behalf of the group. Chantelle was always quick to respond and happy to assist. Her communication was excellent, and she was flexible with our check-in times, which really helped accommodate our busy schedule. The house itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It was so well-equipped, down to all the essentials, which made staying in really enjoyable and convenient. I’d definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Tassie.☺️

We loved it. It felt like arriving at home. The garden is magnificient, the plants inside are stunning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook. The fire place is gorgeous. We have a great time.

Wow, this is one of the few places I’ve stayed in that measured up to the photos! Chris and Kalinda were super helpful and responsive to all my messages. And Chris was thorough in showing us around the property and how to work things. We had a small gathering for my daughter’s 18th birthday and although it rained for part of the day the house was large enough for us to be inside and the pool was heated so didn’t stop us from having a swim! Ending the evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars was just so perfect! Of course the real stars weren’t up in the sky, but looking at us through the windows watching us while we had our breakfast! The 5 beautiful alpacas were so inquisitive and entertaining- especially when you walk outside with the alpaca food that was provided! Honestly this place and these hosts were above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely be returning!! Thanks so much guys xxx

We loved our stay at Lucy’s place. The house is very cute, the garden was gorgeous and the beds were comfy. We did have some difficulties with locking the door, and the bathroom light didn’t turn off on the last day, but I raised the issues with Lucy who responded quickly and was very helpful. Really cute place and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic weekend in Hobart during Dark Mofo festival. Marcia's place was perfectly located to take advantage of everything the city had to offer. The place was warm in the chilly winter mornings and Marcia left thoughtful touches (such as artisan bread and homemade jam)

I had a great time here. Stay was clean and well looked after. About a 20 minute drive to the CBD and was in a quiet area. Has a aircon/heater downstairs and electric blanket upstairs which was a nice addition. Check in was easy but the driveway is very difficult to get up if you have a smaller car. I had a suv and it was fine getting up and parking in front of the gate. If you have an EV, there is no way to charge it here. You are sharing this property with who I assume is the owner of the land or house? There’s a small fence separating both properties but not much privacy if you are outside as both properties can see into each others backyard. However no issues inside the actual property. Kitchen was well equipped- dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and cooktop. Bathroom was well equipped too and had good water pressure. Would stay here again if I was in Hobart.

We throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay with our 2 dogs (golden retriever and Maltese x). I loved the fact that there’s no carpet so no stress for me about fur going everywhere because I could just vacuum it up. The kitchen has a pod espresso machine with a generous amount of pods to get you started in the mornings. The dogs loved their bush walk through Lambert Gully (150m away) down to Lower Queenborough Oval where they could run free off leash. We also visited Nutgrove and Long Beach to enjoy some off leash time with them. The beds were comfy and clean, the washing machine and dryer is a bonus, large windows to soak up the morning and day time sunshine and excellent location to central Hobart.

We had a great stay here. Very comfortable bedrooms and living space with beautiful views of Mt Wellington from the front windows. Good communication. The accommodation no longer has a portable cot which was suggested in the listing, but we could see it was broken so perhaps this only just occurred. No complaints!

The scenery is beautiful and it's relatively quiet.You need to take a taxi to get around, and the kitchen is fully equipped with condiments.The host sent milk.The soundproofing is a little poor.Great overall value for money.

The place was clean, tidy, comfortable and easy to access. The host was quick to respond and super accommodating. The view was to die for and the location was peaceful and quiet. Would absolutely book again!

Our time at Jan & Rick's place was perfect, exactly what we were looking for... more than just dog-friendly, Luna, our Jack Russell, immediately felt right at home in the beautiful backyard garden (with a magical view of Mt Wellington), & also inside, with a choice of beds & furniture covers to snuggle up with us on the lounge. Jan & Rick met us upon arrival, & provided a helpful welcome tour before leaving us to enjoy ourselves. There was an extremely generous offering of food included, as well as entertainment options for a relaxing night in. We highly recommend this city hideaway, & we'd definitely stay there again next time we're visiting Hobart.
