A great location in Battery Point. Short walk to Salamanca Place and then on to the rest of the city. You don't have to worry about parking and can be confident about having somewhere to park, right on the premises. Sad to see the lolly shop has closed but it has been replaced by a pizza shop with no noise or smells. The pub is a 2 minute walk away and has good meals.

This suited our family holiday perfectly. Four couples, two with toddlers, each family had their own room, the host provided travel cots. The kitchen was good and stocked with some food on arrival. The bathrooms were nice. Code access was great for a large group so everyone could come and go as they pleased. It is a beautiful old building right in the best spot. We caught the Skybus from the airport which stopped about 50 m from the apartment, the ferry to MONA just across the road, Salamamca market a quick stroll. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, good heating. Good access with the option of a lift.

This was the perfect base for our stay in Hobart. The apartment was lovely, quiet and clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was walking distance from the CBD and the views over Hobart were lovely. Great, very helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Shani’s beautiful house. We felt right at home, and the house had everything we needed. Great location, close to coffee, the CBD and the river walk. Parking was not an issue as we were there over the weekend, so it was free / unlimited. Shani was extremely helpful, and super quick to respond. We would highly recommend ☺️

We had a very earlly flight and Alexander was really flexible with our check in time which made a massive difference to our Hobart experience! He was also very helpful in assisting us with querieies, and also allowing us to leave our luggage whilst we explored Mona for the day before we flew home. It was a beautiful, spacious and clean apartment. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

I stayed at Tom and Pam's for business reasons - it was easy walking to one site and the bus stop was 30 seconds away for bus commutes. Tom was very responsive to my needs. The apartment was perfect for me as a solo traveler, good cooking facilities and general amenities. Loved the serene gardens, great after a busy day or an easy walk to the beach as well.

A fantastic location with an easy walk to Salamanca Markets and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Felicity and Andre had provided some lovely snacks, beverages and breakfast provisions which made our stay extra special. Secure off street parking was an added bonus. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Perfect place to stay, close to town. Private and peaceful area

Perfect apartment for an extended stay in Hobart, Sandy Bay is a lovely quiet spot only 5 mins by car and 30 mins by foot to the CBD, all you need is in the local shops just around the corner. Enjoyed the space and felt very comfortable for the couple of us, something to think about being an old block the hot water runs out quick, other then that the split system gave beautiful heat during the cold winter nights.

Bright, spacious apartment with a lovely view of the bay and mountains, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Nicolle was a very responsive host. We had a very easy, fuss-free stay. The location is mere minutes away from central Hobart by car but in a peaceful suburban setting.

Vivien was an excellent host and we had a great time in her space. It was perfect for our weekend stay in Hobart.

I stayed at Scott's for 4 weeks while I got myself settled back in Tasmania. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the cbd, markets, great restaurants. Easy carparking in the basement so no hassles trying to find street parking. The apartment is even better than in the photo's. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Bowens place is great to stay and is situated within walking distance to everything you need. We even walked to town a few times as it is just over the hill. Area is very quiet and has everything you need. Wolod recommend this place no problems.

Absolutely stunning place and location! Nel and Lorne were amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of all the little things to make us feel welcome and it truly felt like we were staying with friends…like a home away from home. We arrived to the smell of fresh bread baking, and found a loaf baking in the bread oven. Nel had even left us a jar of her homemade raspberry jam, which was to die for! We fell asleep every night to the sound of the waves which was absolutely magical and so peaceful. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would 100% recommend and would love to come back sometime!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay in Hobart. The apartment was impeccably clean and so, so cosy! After fun days of exploring we couldn’t wait to get back to the apartment and settle down for the evening. The location is ace and the amenities were fantastic - we felt right at home. Louise was very quick to respond to our messages and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend for anyone staying in Hobart or surrounding areas.

We only stayed one night in this charming home but loved it. The maps had a hard time finding the place but Christine gave great directions . It has such a lovely cottage vibe with fun, eclectic decor—and the sheep outside were a bonus! The amenities were great, with coffee, milk, and even a luxurious spa bath. As we were on a hiking road trip, the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We felt really looked after and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

Couldn't have asked for more, Miro and Edina were super warm, welcoming and friendly and their place was very clean, well stocked with necessary items and amenities and even some complimentary fruits and basic cooking ingredients. The location was very convenient and walkable to many popular eateries and the famous Salamanca Market. The 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets and availability of a washer/dryer was exactly what I was looking for and the surrounding area was quite private and quiet during our stay. will definitely stay again if I happen to go to Hobart again

We had an amazing stay at Ken’s place! Was a pleasure waking up and going to sleep with that view. Breathtaking! Fantastic home with everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Didn’t want to leave the view!
