Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

The place has everything we needed. Its location is perfect with a lot of coffee shops in the area. The hosts are also very helpful.

The place was so comfortable and had all you could need. Despite not being in the city centre we found that there was still much to do locally. Taxis are super affordable for when travelling and had no issues commuting there from the property. I would say it is much more peaceful than the city centre. There’s an amazing view from your window so the curtains were always open for us. Host was also super helpful. Was an amazing stay and would love to come back!

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

The host Mr. Ryan Luan speaks very good English and is always quick to respond to requests or questions. Had a great time staying in Vinhomes Green Bay apartment and will stay again if come back to Hanoi in the future.

Tea’s place is a little oasis in the old quarter. Tea arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport, and made sure we checked in safely. The apartment was clean and nice and cool, and could not be in a more prime part of the old quarter, just a couple minute walk from beer street and our favorite coffee shop in Hanoi. Would stay again!

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

Perfect location for my 2 week stay. Quiet, very friendly neighbourhood and walkable to everywhere. I cooked every day from fresh street market produce, meat, poultry, seafood. Spectacular view of Ho Giam (lake) and Van Mieu. 15 minute walk to commuter train and 20 minutes to downtown old quarter. Bus stops within one block. I will stay there again. Thanks, Ha!!

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent accommodation and friendly hosts on the 3rd floor. In particular, I don't think the host's kindness is too much to emphasize. When I was injured, he reassured me by asking various elements. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who traveled with me at dawn. We would love to visit this house again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if it comes, I😆 will be able to check in more competent. Thank you.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien’s place. It was minimally but tastefully decorated. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also the location is very central so lots of places are only a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options all around. Highly recommend this place especially if this is your first time in Hanoi.

The place looked as described. There is everything you need in the area. I liked that it is much quieter than in the city. The host was always available for questions. I had a wonderful stay.

I stayed there with my parents for 3 weeks for my holidays. It is a good place for long-term stay where is close to shopping mall 3 mins walk, good restaurants. It is very convenient to buy groceries shop such as k-market and win mart at downstairs. There has a small garden and I can do morning exercise. However, the place is not a tourist spot so if you plan for visit. As there are so many restaurants, the price are slightly expensive and rare to find the street food at surroundings. They supplied all the kitchen utensils inside the house which is very convenient to use and water bottle is ready when we first arrived. The bed room wall is a little bit dirty and it would be better if the host can improve it.

Beautiful house, very nice location, enthusiastic host. Clean and beautiful swimming pool. Great experience. I will come back.

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

I had a good stay at Hien’s apartment, everything was as expected, the apartment is spotlessly clean and has nice lake view. Everything works - hot water, aircons etc. There are many eateries and cafes around. I chose the place as it’s near my parents’ house, and definitely hope to lease it again.

It was the same as the photo, and the host was friendly.
