Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Hoa Hai

Beautiful apartment, it was in a great location near some fantastic restaurants and 5 mins from the beach. Really enjoyed our stay

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place is amazing. This is my second stay here. I first stayed here for a week and it was booked up the following week so I stayed in some other places near by for a similar price range. No where else compares. Here everything is brand new and really clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the bathroom has lots of amenities with a good shower. For me the AC is really important when I stay somewhere, so far this has been the only place where the AC actually chills the room properly and is almost completely silent. There is a real attention to detail with the cleaning, for example I arrived early today and the lady cleaning the room was cleaning the fan blades. There is no musty hotel smell or anything like that it genuinely feels like you’re just at someone’s home and I sleep really well here compared to other places. Also the host greet you on arrival and there are even bicycles you can borrow to get around.

Every aspect of the stay exceeded expectations: the property was exactly as described (if not better), impeccably clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Communication with the host was seamless—fast, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. Check-in was effortless, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered. Highly recommend staying at the villa! The place is stunning, clean and looks exactly like the photos. The location is within walking distance of everything around the Old Town and night markets. Minh and Tam were also really friendly and helpful. They gave good recommendations and offered to organise cars and transport for us when whenever we went out. They checked up on us daily to see if we needed anything and honestly, this is the perfect stay in Hoi An. Highly recommend staying here!

대가족이 지내기 훌륭한 곳이에요~ 부모님과 아이 모두 만족한 곳이네요^^ 사장님과 소통도 원활하고 위치가 좋아 여행 기간 동안 편했습니다. 우리가 숙소에 있으며 주로 이용한 곳은 바로 앞 마트 2곳 음반미, 콩카페, 숙소 바로 옆 중국 음식점이였고 후기 좋은 미쓰니도 근처에 있어 가고 싶었지만 가지 못한게 아쉽네요~ 해변가도 가까워 물놀이 가능하고 숙소 수영장도 온도 적당하여 아이들이 신나게 놀았습니다. 대가족 숙소 고민하신다면 추천드려요~^^

I absolutely loved my time at Airbnb. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, even offering the convenience of early check-in and late checkout, which made my stay all the more pleasant. The accommodation itself is nothing short of stunning. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

Daisy is an absolutely amazing host. The place was very clean, tidy and comfortable - exactly like the description and photos where each room has its own bathroom and the pool is clean and perfect in a humid climate like Hoi An. What makes it perfect was that in the afternoon when it was the hottest, the pool was under the shade so was really good to chill and cool down in. Daisy was not only responsive but quick with all my queries I had before and during the stay. She helped us organised airport transfers with a reasonable price and gave some good local recommendations. She went above and beyond in that when we arrived late at night, she prepared us cold water and Banh Mi which was a surprise and so kind of her as we were so tired and hungry that we were actually thinking to go out and get something. She also allowed us to have a late check out time to chill in the accommodation while we were waiting for our airport transfer. We would defs come back again and highly recommended.

The accommodation was perfect and the view was great. Location was good between the nice restaurants and the beach. 5mins from the beach, 15mins from the airport, and 45mins from Hoi An. It was a nice base for a middle vietnam excursion from Da Nang :)

거실이랑 마스터 베드룸 뷰가 너무 좋았고 아파트 1층에 마트와 식당 까페가 많아서 너무 편리했습니다. 옥상에서 불꽃축제도 볼수있었어요. 다음에도 오고싶어요. 추천합니다~

최고의 숙소였어요! 하얏트 내에서도 레지던스B가 위치가 제일 좋은거 같은데, 레지던스B 1층이니 더할나위없이 좋았어요! 수영장도 가까이 있고, 놀이터도 마당으로 연결 되어 있어 편하게 이용 하였답니다! 호스트도 정말 친절하고, 응답도 빨리 해주셔서 불편함 없었어요~ 다음에도 여기 예약 하려고 합니다!^^
