They were quick to address any questions and went above and beyond by arranging a motorbike rental for me at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the action in Da Nang. It's perfect for those who value proximity to the beach and appreciate spectacular views. Great location for our family of three. Hosts were available to communicate with. Easy biking around the neighborhood. Found a gym nearby and tons of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus. Shared with other units can be crowded but also opportunity to meet new people. Loud music went until midnight a couple of nights and we didn’t get the unit we booked. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but the other two were totally fine. Overall we had a good stay.

We had a great stay! The place is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location—close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were cleaned daily. A special thanks to Minh for his kindness and help with a package that had to be delivered to his address. His hospitality made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Anna was a great host - she was very responsive with replies within 30min to the hour. She also communicated well in English, and coordinated activities for my family such as BBQ, massages and also came down personally when we needed help at the villa. The chefs they engage for the BBQ prepare good food, and we were happy with their service as well. You will have to pay additional fees for such services. Overall, the place was clean and had enough facilities to engage my family for 3 nights - a footsy table, karaoke room, pool, and huge dining/lounge area. The walk to the beach takes only about 5-10 minutes via private access within Ocean Estates. Place is cleaned and tidied by the time we get back at the end of the day with fresh linen and toiletries. The place might be slightly far from the main attractions in Da Nang, but transport is relatively easy to get and affordable, so no need to worry about that if you don't mind a 15-20 min ride.

I spent 10 days here and loved every minute of the stay. The apartment is beautifully detailed. All the rooms have ocean views. This is a find. It is right across from the beach. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. There is a large dressing room right before the master bath. The pool on the 33rd floor is amazing. The are numerous restaurants just outside the door. There is a 24 hour market just down the street. Kristine is an amazing host In the Altara suites building where this is located there are numerous Airbnb’s. I talked with many of the owners. One of the main things that made me select Kristine place was that she agreed to provide three key. We were three people so it was mandatory that we each had our own keycard. Most of the owners will only provide two. You cannot access the elevator, pool or the apartment door without a key card. If you are a larger group don’t rent from them if they only want to provide two keys

10th floor with balcony overlooking the vast ocean. This beautiful condo provided the relaxation and healing that I was looking for. The beautiful and caring host made my stay in this foreign town so perfect. I extended my stay and would stay longer if it just were available. Now, i have a special place to come back to. My recommendations for Kathy's condo are only above and beyond all others. Thank you.

Brian is a great host and was always quick to respond to our messages. The apartment is as described and there are many restaurants nearby. There was just no ATM nearby. In March, you heard the strong wind loudly in the apartment We would come back. 😊

Wonderful stay for our group of 12. The host was very helpful and responsive and worked with us to make a super-early breakfast on the day of departure. This is a charming home with large comfortable bedrooms. Lots of eating options within a 5 minute walk. Our kids loved the beach and the courtyard pool. Highly recommended! (The host even reached out when one of the kids left some money in the room, thanks again!)

Everything was perfect. See is in 10 minutes by walk, great grocery shop ("Full market") in 5 minutes, small park just in front of building. Personal was friendly and tried to help with everything. Drinking water and sine snacks were available on reception. I would like to return to this place in future.

We loved Da Nang and enjoyed staying is Sarah's apartment. The location is great: it's right next to the beach, it's a high floor and there are plenty of local and western food restaurants nearby. We'll be back!

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. The old town is only a 20 min cycle/ 5 min Grab away. If I could give 10*’s i would. Thank you Mei from Keith, Kirsty, Caroline and Zach

Comfortable apartment with a great view and solid hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at Boozer. Our room was regularly cleaned to a wonderful standard, the location was perfect and the space was just what we needed for our three week stay. The only thing to consider is that the mattress really is EXTREMELY hard. When reading the other reviews I thought 'how bad can it really be?' but truly, it was like sleeping on a table. I asked for a mattress topper and Trinh organised one immediately, which was really lovely and kind of her, but even still, I spent a few nights on the sofa, and I really don't consider myself someone who generally has trouble sleeping. All in all, I would absolutely recommend staying here. The value for money is excellent and there's so much to do locally. Just approach with caution if you have sleeping difficulty.

This place was a perfect definition of luxury studio. Everything was very well cleaned and prepared for us. The staffs are also very accommodating and super friendly. The kitchen was our favorite because it is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need!! ☺️☺️ 10/10 recommendation for this place. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back again.

This was one of my favorite Airbnbs of all time. The architecture of the building and apt is unique with nice interior touches. The location is walkable to the beach with many excellent local restaurants right outside of the door. The hosts are exceptional, providing housekeeping if desired and even left fresh towels and water bottles at the door when we didn’t. We also tried several of their restaurant recommendations which were all great. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a safe local neighborhood close to the beach, then this is for you!

I used to stay at the Ruby villa in 2015 and 2020 so I think Minh's apartment teeth will be very old, the resort space is very old because it has been operated for a long time. However, the resort has been well maintained, the space is green, clean. The resort pool and villa are clean. Minh's villa was cleaner than I expected. The housekeeper is very careful, clean and friendly, however she does not speak English. Furama's private beach is very clear, clean and shallow, seeing every herd of baby fish. If I come back to Furama villa, I will definitely rent this R14 villa of Minh
