This place looks exactly like the pictures. I am a host who knows exactly what guests want, such as spacious and magnificent buildings and rooms, clean bedding, karaoke, pool table, pool, BBQ, etc. It's also suitable for parties. I will recommend this place.

Chuong is such an amazing host! So friendly and helpful with local recommendations. She offers a delicious complimentary breakfast by the river in the morning. Chuong helped me arrange a private fishing charter with a local captain, then arranged to have our catch cleaned and cooked for our dinner at the restaurant nextdoor! The location is away from An Bang by just a 5min Grab ride, but quiet and quaint. It is rght next to the river and beach which is nice. Great value for the nightly rate!

We had a great stay at Thuong’s place. It was quiet, clean and peaceful. Thuong could not have been more helpful and professional, going out of her way to assist. The neighbourhood has plenty to offer: beach, local cafes, mini marts and early morning markets and is a nice contrast to the intensity of the old town. The old town is just 10 minutes by Grab, if you are booking a car, it’s easier to do it from the next street up, the main street with shops etc because drivers can have difficulty getting down the narrow riverfront road. It’s not impossible and some did amazingly but it’s easier to walk one minute and book from there. Thank you Thuong for all your help, suggestions and availability. It was really lovely to meet you!!

Everything is perfect

Thank you Host for a memorable experience The location is very convenient, 7 minutes walk to My Khe beach, the building is located right in the center of tourism with a lot of good shops and eateries. Our room is quite large, the kitchen area is separate from the bedroom space so the smell is very good. The host was incredibly friendly and made our trip more economical as she helped me buy a tour ticket lower than the listed price

I stayed here for two weeks and had a great experience overall. The location is excellent – truly one of the best in Da Nang. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away, which made everything super convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and weekly cleaning was a nice bonus. The host was proactive and responsive, which made the stay even smoother. The only small downside was the lack of a large mug for tea and no dishwashing liquid provided – but those are minor details in an otherwise very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

Mike is amazing He's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. He makes a real effort to be a friend more than just a host The apartment is amazing, you can't get a better location You can see the beach and hills from the balcony and it is amazing Plenty of space, two comfortable bedrooms with comfortable beds. I had no problems sleeping there The wifi was fast and reliable The air conditioners same Basically, you have everything you need in a two bedroom on the beach. It's hard to beat. This is an older type of apartment, but everything worked, I would have happily extended my stay here except it was pre booked. Strong Internet which was an important factor for me as I work online which worked flawlessly. Jack was easy to contact and communicate with. I usually rate accomodation as to whether I would return a second time ….and yes I would. Thank you for my stay here.

Xuan and his wife were very welcoming and warm. they were good tips for visiting the city, shops, bars and restaurants. they prepared us delicious breakfasts. A quiet and peaceful place in the aromatic gardens,a charming house, very well decorated . Very comfortable beds in air-conditioned rooms. we highly recommend this place!

From check in to check out everything was extremely smooth. Minh met us at the time of check-in and he was most helpful and gave all the information. The property is really beautiful and is just 50 meters from the beach. Kitchen was well equipped and the property has a beautiful plunge pool too. There are couple of nice restaurants within 100 meters .. Unfortunately had fallen and injured my leg so couldn't clean the kitchen utensils before checkout yet Minh was very cooperative and understood our situation Strongly recommended....

Thanks to the accommodation, I was able to enjoy the best trip on a trip with my friends! The cleaning was done well every day, and the communication with Jessica was always quick. I definitely want to stay again next time!

Lucy and chi Lan was my host for this location. there are a lot to say about this place but I do not want to write a whole book. Checkin was smooth as we met the co host, Chi Lan. I have stayed at 3 or 4 dozens airbnbs and I say this is by far the BEST experience I had. firstl, the hist Lucy and Chi Lan was very very helpful and accommodating. they go above and beyond on eveyrhting you need or ask for. Chi Lan is a great cook as we stay at home BBQ dinner. The property is in prime location where it's surrounded by alot of restaurants, coffee shops, and massages in walking distances. Close by the beach and not too busy like the city but busy enough where it's lively. I would highly recommend staying here. I also stayed at their other location 5 minutes away and was always an amazing experience. I can tell you, Lucy and Chi Lan will be the best hosts you will experience and the property is better in person yhab picture, mark my words.
