Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hòa Cường Bắc

We were lucky to stay at Greenfields Hoi An for one month in May 2025. We could not be more grateful for the host and the entire team that supported us during our stay. Vy Phan and My are the most gracious local hosts that helped us with everything from bookings to regular cleanings and breakfast. The nicest people you’ll ever meet. The house is immaculate and extremely impressive. It is exactly as described and the photos don’t do the house justice. The rooms are impressive and the view from the balcony is breathtaking and so exciting to see the ricefields as the seasons change. The quality of amenities in the house are high and more than we needed to manage a very comfortable life for the month that we were there. The location is also excellent. It’s only quick 10 minute grab to the beach and similarly 10 minutes to old town where there are restaurants and grocery stores within a 10 minute walk as well. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

No words to explain how lovely this stay was. Dinh was the most amazing host. So thoughtful, caring and sweet. We accidentally booked a night less than we were meant too and she let us move into the other room she has available. She gave us advice for activities, her food at her restaurant was so good! Super helpful with other things like flexible check in, extra pillows etc and the place was better than we expected. Would have loved to stay here longer but would definitely come back

The place was so beautiful and clean! I love how it was tucked away from the street, making it very peaceful. Delicious breakfasts were prepared for us every morning and the host is so kind and responds quickly. Definitely was the most beautiful Airbnb i’ve been in and felt very homey. The location was also amazing, with restaurants, cafes, the river and dragon bridge just a walking distance away. Highly recommend!! ❤️

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

Hung was an amazing host, the location is central but a little away from everything busy. we had an amazing time!

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cuc's apartment. The pool on the rooftop was a plus for the toddler. We didn't try the breakfast buffet because it didn't look interesting for the price. Very comfortable and clean place, we will stay at Cuc's apartment again if we are back in Da Nang.

Our stay at Mia’s place was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. For a small fee, you can enjoy the rooftop pool with stunning views over My Khe Beach. The beach itself is just a one-minute walk away. Mia arranged both pickup and drop-off for us, which was super convenient. Whenever we had a question, she responded immediately. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and bars, making it a perfect location. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is very quiet, comfortable, located right on the main beach road, very convenient to go to the beach, also very close to Hoi An. Many restaurants with delicious food around, local market. There is a mini mart with necessary items very convenient on the 1st floor. The owner Phuoc is always enthusiastic and helpful. Great place! High recommend!

Great price for accomodation. The apartment was spacious and had every you could need. Daily cleaning. We didn't have the breakfast but there is a daily breakfast buffet included. The neighborhood around the hotel wasn't to flattering. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay! The apartment is in a hotel building, right across from My Khe Beach—super convenient. Check-in was smooth, and the room was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for our family to cook fresh seafood from the local market—way cheaper and more fun than eating out! I was a bit worried the photos wouldn’t match reality, but the spacious living room, ocean-view balcony, and two bright bedrooms exceeded our expectations. It gave our family trip the perfect start. Note: the apartment isn’t managed by the hotel, so the gym and pool require a small extra fee—totally reasonable. There’s a beach bar nearby with music until 10 PM, but it quiets down afterward. It’s a tourist area, so some nightlife is expected. Highly recommend—amazing location, clean and cozy space, and stunning views! Thanks Julie~

Beautiful host and a beautiful villa. Sen made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in right up to us picking up our bags and checking out. Gave us great recommendations for tailors, boat rides and activities. Thank you for a lovely stay, we wish we could’ve stayed longer

We had the most wonderful stay at Kim’s. After having a rather full on trip so far we wanted to relax at the beach but have the option to venture into town and Kim’s place was perfect for this. Kim also organised a snorkelling trip, airport pick up and drop off and our washing! She also cooked up a delightful breakfast every morning - really going above and beyond host duties we felt. If you’re looking for somewhere a little bit chill and but still close enough to Hoi An centre, walkable distance to the beach and multiple coffee and food eateries - this is a perfect place to relax!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

This place is so amazing - it's actually better than the display pictures. located in a super calm and peaceful area yet walkable from the main hoi an steets and markets. they had bicycles to use if we do not want to walk in the sun. Toan along with all the staff were super helpful and polite - our request for vegan options in the breakfast was very well taken care of, thank you for that. wifi worked well - many daily needs stores and restaurants in the vicinity. overall it was a great stay - will recommend this place to others and surely would like to visit again. Thank you again Toan and team for the hospitality. 🙏

Loved the stay! Staff were very helpful kind and attentive. Duy Kha was very nice, I had a room that faced the entrance so there was some loud music one night but of course the hotel can’t help that and it was over by 10pm. The room was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect

It was a beautiful accommodation, with an extensive breakfast buffet and a pool. The location is a big plus, as well as the extremely friendly ladies at the reception.

Lived our stay in the suit! Beautiful place and lovely vibe. The pool was cold which is exactly what we needed. Easy Grab to the hustle and bustle but nice to be out of the main busy area of Hoi An. Hien was so helpful with everything we needed and a lovely host. Thank you!
