Ms Thuong was very responsive, helpful and resourceful. I stayed for 2 months and every Monday the was cleaned, towels have been changed. She provided a contact for a motorbike rental. She even provided a few kitchen utensils that I requested. It was a great stay!

Thu Trang’s place was walking distance to the beach and has many restaurants and cafes around the area.

The listing is what is described. The communication with the team was very clear and response times were lightning fast. They are also very accommodating and flexible with your schedule. My only issue was that I had to buy my own shampoo and conditioner and body wash for the bathroom as the ones provided were empty and in plastic refillable bottles without any label other than "shampoo" and "conditioner". Also, if you are sensitive to noise, I would avoid these properties as the downstairs (and neighboring buildings) all operate outdoor dining bars that are open until 4-5am. Many nights even when the music stopped at 4am, there would still be people screaming in the streets and that is directly followed by the 5-5:30am horns of the cars and motorbikes on the major road. Overall great stay for the cost and I would recommend to others for a no frill stay!

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. Host was friendly and communicative. The guidebook was such a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time I’m in Da Nang. Thanks Bare! :)

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

Thi Hien’s place is located in the best area of Da Nang. Only 3 minutes away from My Khe beach, by foot! This area is bustling, clean, beautiful, has the best crowd and has many options to eat from if you are a foodie and love exploring cafés. Talking about the BNB, it was clean, all appliances provided were working well, with a view of the beach from the balcony. The host is warm, welcoming and very approachable. House is decorated well and extremely comfortably. For the price we paid, it was a steal deal! I would definitely recommend it to travellers on a budget.

Great home and location! It was convenient to get to places, surroundings had items such as coffee, food, nail salon, ATM, etc. The house itself was clean and felt just like home. We would love to stay here again. Lastly, the host is very helpful and friendly! It was truly welcoming.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Hoi An! The location is perfect, peacefully tucked away between the ancient town and the beach, giving us easy access to both while still feeling private and serene. The property itself is even more stunning than the photos (which don’t do it justice!), with a great attention to detail and a really calming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and super responsive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Amazing stay with fabulous hosts. Communicated very well and quickly you any questions we had. Area was vibrant and bustling with loads of things to see do and most importantly, to eat!

We booked the 1 bedroom apartment on the same day that we were meant to check in. The team was quick to get in contact with us to let us know that unfortunately the 1BD was not available for the dates we had selected and they would upgrade us to an available 2BD apartment free of charge! The apartment was very spacious, clean with all the amenities we needed. The check-in/out processes were super easy because the team communicated these clearly. We only had to walk a couple of minutes to get to the beach, which was perfect. They were very quick to respond when we had questions and were always courteous and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience!

We had an amazing stay at Duc's place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Duc was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. she provided us with detailed instructions about the city and recommendations for local events, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. We stayed for three weeks and it’s extremely comfortable and clean with a fantastic view of the ocean from the balcony. The host arranged a free pick up from the airport and a scooter at a very reasonable price and replaced it immediately when it had a mechanical problem. Her communication was exceptional. The housekeeper visits every day leaving water and clean towels. The bedding was changed regularly too. The beach is quiet and the restaurant on site is reasonably priced. It is located between Hoi An and Danang but you do need your own transport or a taxi as both are beyond walking distance. A great stay would not hesitate to book again.

This condo is beautiful inside and out. It’s huge compared to what I was expecting. Nice to have room to stretch out after many nights in hotels on our trip. The amenities are nice and near by. Food is expensive compared to everything else in Viet Nam but it was good. The kid activities are not free except for the pool but also not too expensive if you want to participate. The only down side was the pool closes at 6 pm which is when the sun finally cools off and you can enjoy it so that was a bummer it nothing the host could control.
