Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Hoa Binh

It was very close to Miding Street, and there were a variety of restaurants in the building, which was nice. Towels were provided in sufficient quantities, and the facilities were excellent. I was given friendly and detailed guidance, so there was no inconvenience at all.

It was an itinerary that I was satisfied with. I went on a business trip and slept, so there was nothing else. However, the bed sheets, pillow sheets, and blankets felt a little dirty. If it was a hotel, I would have replaced it... but I just used it. Whether the bed was old or shuffling around, it was squeaky. Except for the bed part, it was fine.

We loved our stay here, it felt like home. Tasteful interior design, cosy space and the Old Quarter is easily walkable. Minh Sâu was so friendly, and helpful and gave us plenty of clear instructions for check-in and check-out. A perfect place to stay.

The apartment was exactly the same as in the photos. Thoughtfully fitted out to give a homely experience with a nice lake view.

We had a good experience with this host, we extended a few times without any issues, attended to our needs when required. The home got a great view of the lake and the surrounding city, great shopping mall downstairs. only downside is that the pool is not 100% useable without registration by the owner, so if you intend on using it, make sure to write it to the owner.

We had a great stay here. Great location, nice beds, good a/c. Quýnh was super responsive, gave great instructions for check in, and was quick to help if we had any questions. The location is also great. Slightly outside of the Old quarter which made getting transportation much easier. Absolutely worth the price. Thank you for having us!!!

The room is very beautiful, decor according to the pink tone of the pea is very flattering. Everything is organized and carefully cleaned before handing over the room. The location is also very easy to find, you host and protect this area respond quickly and support enthusiastically so the check-in part is not difficult. Just around the corner is the mall so the food selection is also plentiful. There's nothing to complain about overall for the rental price. Highly recommend for everyone!

The neatly arranged accommodation made me feel comfortable. The host prepared plenty of towels in advance, and prepared the accommodation very diligently. I also stayed at Vinhomes Metropolis last month, but Metropolis was an inconvenient access system for facial recognition, but skylake gave me two access card keys, so it was really convenient to enter the accommodation. I especially liked the small chair and table on the balcony. I was able to feel the consideration for the customer.

Right in the middle of everything! You can not beat the location! The apartment is spacious with everything you need.

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

The bed and mattress here for me and my companion had the experience of a high-class hotel. The owner Thang was very supportive. I will come back here next time.

I think the reason for traveling is to meet something new. My friends and I were able to have a pleasant trip thanks to the excellent accommodation and friendly hosts on the 3rd floor. In particular, I don't think the host's kindness is too much to emphasize. When I was injured, he reassured me by asking various elements. It was an unforgettable memory for me to talk in the living room with my friends who traveled with me at dawn. We would love to visit this house again someday. I don't know when that day will be, but if it comes, I😆 will be able to check in more competent. Thank you.

Highly recommend this spot. The location is about as central as it gets, and the unit itself feels quite spacious and tucked away from the noise. It came with everything we needed, including Netflix, laundry, and filtered water. Tea and the team were very responsive, and had a great list of recommendations for the area. I’d definitely stay here again!

The host communicated quickly and there was a coffee shop a hundred meters away from the shop.

I booked this place for one night before I traveled to Phu Quoc and was very satisfied. I arrived late at night, there were clear check-in instructions and everything worked out great. The view from the balcony was awesome, especially in the evening when all the lights of the houses and cars could be seen. There was a washing machine on the balcony, and certainly a big plus for a longer stay. There were also mini markets and restaurants downstairs. It was very clean and the host was easy to reach.

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

Great family friendly area, out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Lovely green spaces and kids facilities. 45 minute ride in a grab into the city. Condo is lovely and clean. Mark was always there to help with anything. My only criticism would be a little more kitchen equipment would be helpful like a microwave to heat up dinners, some more dinner plates and some tea towels. Other than that everything was great.

I was looking for a place to stay nearby because I was participating in an event in Hanoi, and I found a good value. It was the 43rd floor of a high-rise apartment on the 45th floor, so it had a good view of the lake view. They upgraded it to a room in better condition for free, and it was a neat and very satisfying room. The security was tight and the elevator moved quickly even though it was on a high floor. There was no hair dryer, but when I requested it, they brought it right away within 30 minutes, so I used it without a problem. It was nice that they responded quickly to inquiries. If I visit Hanoi next time, I want to stay again. Thank you

I needed a place to stay to be close by to the children hospital where my son had a flu and had to spend a few night. This place was a perfect nice cozy little spot with all the amenities needed. Nice restaurants is next door where the mall was and the amazing Vietnamese street food was only walking distance away. I like how it’s close to the strip also with alot varieties of cuisine.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

The second time I came back was as good as the first time. This is a clean, high class apartment and close to the center, the host is very friendly.

The host guided me very enthusiastically and the apartment was very clean and nice. Will use this apartment next time.
