Apartment holiday rentals in Hoa Binh

Lily’s apt is my preferred place to stay when I’m in Hanoi. The luxury apt has all the amenities of living at home. The apt is comfortable & the host we very helpful.

Het appartement is gelegen in een buurt met veel groen aan het water en vol met winkels en restaurants. Er zijn vrijwel geen touristen en je voelt je helemaal ondergedompeld in de Vietnamese cultuur. Door de hoogte op de 31ste verdieping is het stil en het uitzicht is geweldig. Schuin tegenover kijkt men op een oude tempel! Aardige buren, handig ingedeeld en zeer betaalbaar!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful house, very nice location, enthusiastic host. Clean and beautiful swimming pool. Great experience. I will come back.

Es war die beste Unterkunft auf unserer 3 monatigen Vietnam Reise. So viel Platz!!! 2 Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Tolle Rückzugsmöglichkeiten! Balkon, Waschmaschine, Küche. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Was uns sehr gefallen hat ist dass dort keine Touristen wohnen, sondern eher Einheimische und koreanische Expats. Direkt daneben ist ein Vincom Center. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut! Eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man Hanoi auf eine nicht touristische Weise erkunden will, weit von Touristenfallen. Excellent!

The stay was fantastic and a really nice and comfortable place. It’s close to a lot of things and a quick taxi to everywhere else.

Nams was so clean and comfortable a good range of kitchen ware as well the water cooler was very thoughtful and the washer and dryer were the cherry on top excellent highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An 과 그의 팀은 최고의 숙소를 제공해 주었습니다. 1. 하노이 미딩, 호안끼엠, 북부, 남부, 서호 등등 어디를 가든지 중심지에 있기에 이동하기 편했습니다. 2. 숙소는 넓고 깨끗하고 항상 우리의 안전과 청결을 신경써 주었습니다. 3. 늦은시간 체크인에도 직접와서 모든 것은 친절히 안내해 주었습니다. 4. 우리 일행들을 위해서 공항 픽업서비스도 제공해 주었습니다. 5. 청소는 항상 깨끗하게 지원해 주었습니다. 6. 넓은 거실에는 모든 채널을 볼 수 있는 넓은 티비가 있습니다. 7. 넓은 냉장고에는 대가족이 먹을 만한 풍부한 음식을 보관해 주었습니다. 8. 여행 마지막날까지 세심하게 챙겨주었습니다. 다시 또 만나길 바랍니다!

The apartment is very nice. the shower, ac, and washing machine all work well. the view from balcony is excellent. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance and the smart city is.very walkable. there is also a nice lake across the street. the hosts are helpful and responsive. This is a great option for a long term stay.

great building on the great place near the Lotte mall (10min). About apartment: good water pressure, didn't hear neighbors, air conditioner didn't smell, kitchen appliances are enough for cooking

So sad to leave I WISH I could stay forever. Firstly the hosts are AMAZING they provided super good recommendation the bun cha around the corner seriously is one of the best I’ve had in the city. The house is also surrounded by cute cafes with great drinks. But if you are lucky and the host family are in they will invite you for coffee upstairs their coffee machine is amazing. Another great feature of the house is the toilet. It’s JAPANESE I was finding excuses to sit on that thing and press all the buttons, the drying feature is CRAZYYYY, like a warm hug :))) I would HEAVILY recommend this place anyone who wants a great local experience of Hanoi the hosts are so welcoming and have lived in Hanoi forever, true locals with all the insider tips and tricks!! You won’t regret a stay here.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft für eine Nacht vor meiner Weiterreise nach Phu Quoc gebucht und war sehr zufrieden. Ich bin spät abends angekommen, es gab klare Check-in Anweisungen und es hat alles super geklappt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war der Hammer, gerade abends wenn die ganzen Lichter der Häuser und Autos zu sehen waren. Auf dem Balkon stand eine Waschmaschine, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sicherlich ein großer Pluspunkt. Unten gab es auch Minimärkte und Restaurants. Es war sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen.

하노이에서 하는 행사참여로 근처에 숙소를 찾던 중 가성비 좋은 숙소를 찾았습니다. 45층의 고층 아파트의 43층이어서 호수뷰의 좋은 전망을 가지고 있었습니다. 무료로 더 좋은 컨디션의 룸으로 업그레이드를 해주셨는데 깔끔하고 아주 만족스러운 룸이었습니다. 보안도 철저하고 고층임에도 엘리베이터가 빠르게 움직였습니다. 헤어 드라이어가 없었는데 요청하니 30분 이내에 바로 가져다 주셔서 문제없이 사용하였습니다. 문의 시 답변도 빠르게 주셔서 참 좋았습니다. 다음에 하노이를 찾는다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 감사합니다

사진과 다른 숙소로 배정되었고 처음 청소상태가 좋지 않았지만 대응이 훌륭하여 숙박기간 중 편안한 여행이 되었습니다.

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!
