There is a lovely south facing terrace with solar heated outdoor shower and a great view of fields. The apartment is 73 m3 with its own entrance from the courtyard where it is possible to park. The apartment consists of kitchen-living room and living room, bathroom with user, bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is the possibility of 2 extra sleeping places on the sofa.

The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the train station and in the middle of city life with shopping and sights. There is a market EVERY Wednesday and Saturday on Ingerslevs Boulevard 50 meters from the apartment. We discourage parties!
