Summer cottage on a natural plot and close to the water.

The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore there is peace and quiet. In the winter months, there is a view of the sea, which is 400 meters from the house. There are great nature trails along the coast and in the woods. The house is located by the Mols Bjerge Nature Park and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining options. It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3-minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake, which you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house has two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the fantastic nature, right up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There is also a sauna in connection with the lake bath. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city center. There are 2 km to Pizzeria and shopping in Virklund. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

Brand new studio house in a quiet and beautiful area 5 km away from Aarhus center. Public transportation (bus and train) can be taken 300 m away, and the closest supermarket is 400 m away. A studio apartment (45 M2) with a kitchenette and a private bathroom on the 1st floor in an older house in scenic surroundings. 10 km to Aarhus C, 3 kilometers to E45 and 2.5 kilometers to a supermarket. The apartment overlooks Aarhus Ådal and Årslev Engsø. Car is an advantage, but there is a bus to the center at the door and a nice bike and walking path around the lakes and into the city. There is a carport for the van. Here is peace and quiet!
