The house belongs to a small farm that is upgraded and has plenty of space both outside and inside, the house is located 100 meters from the sea, short distance to fishing water and hiking trails. There are four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds and one with two mattresses that can be used if needed. Travel bed for children. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Large dining area in the living room and TV. Wifi.

Straight out the door is the hiking trail that goes to the mountain Tonningen 230Moh and further inwards there is good fishing water and a gapa cushion with beach and swimming pier with fire possibilities, where there is also disability parking.

Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a pearl at the seafront. The property is idyllically located on Hitra and can be signposted with impeccable sun and views. The property consists of a holiday home, patio and annex. The holiday home has a living room/kitchen with stunning views, four bedrooms (incl. annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin has been substantially upgraded in 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Here you and your family can enjoy sunny days with fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina about 500 meters from the cabin.

Go hiking, bring your fishing rod to fish in the sea or in fresh water. Head out with a boat, try your fishing luck, or enjoy a delicious meal at the lake's edge. Sea and land, here we have everything close by. There is a possibility to rent a boat in close proximity to the listing. There are two different boats to choose between. Cozy house with stunning view over Dolmsundet! Centrally located in the middle of Hitra and Frøya about 14 minutes drive to the center of both islands. The house is located on a quiet farm with access to the boathouse and pro 20 foot alu boat with 60hp, sonar and map plotter if you want to fish etc. The boat can be rented for NOK 1000 per day. The owner with family lives on the same farmhouse and is an experienced landlord for many years. There is also access to several fresh water with ear fishing to beach.

Cozy little cabin at the edge of the lake

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

Small farms with rural and very quiet surroundings. The place is furnished in the 50s style, but has everything you need of modern aids such as dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, microwave. Electric car charger is also on the farm. Upon request we can also provide fishing trip on the sea, yarn setting in fresh water and guiding in the mountain areas. We can also provide side tasting, wine class and pop-up restaurant on the smallholding.
