Welcome to Smågasjøveien 71 - a pearl at the seafront. The property is idyllically located on Hitra and can be signposted with impeccable sun and views. The property consists of a holiday home, patio and annex. The holiday home has a living room/kitchen with stunning views, four bedrooms (incl. annex), bathroom and toilet room. The cabin has been substantially upgraded in 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Here you and your family can enjoy sunny days with fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina about 500 meters from the cabin.

Cabin with annex, 2 bedrooms + 2 homes close to the sea, AC, washing machine, dishwasher, floating jetty, boathouse, rowboat. Possibility of renting a boat nearby. The tenant must bring his own linen and towels, the duvets are 220 cm, 1x150cm double bed, 2x75cm bunk bed, 4x90 cm mattresses in the lofts. Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a beautiful beach in Aunvågen about 300 m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used. Must be a boat owner/boat license holder. Remember bed linen and towels. You must clean and wash the cabin after use. Think about the ones that come after you.

Cozy little cabin at the edge of the lake

Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

Great located holiday home only 50 meters from the sea. Here you will also have access to the boathouse and outdoor area by the sea, with a view to Northern Europe's highest lighthouse, Sletringen. The house dates back to 1918 and is preserved in a mix of older style and modern interiors on scenic Titran. An eldorado for canoeing and kayakers. Titran fishing village appears as an idyllic fishing village with strong traditions.

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Nære hoppsjøbrygga, fantastiske fiske muligheter i sjø og vann. Båt med 5 hk følger med. Lite med godt utstyrt kjøkken, gass og kull grill. Bade muligheter i både sjø og vann i nærheten. Vi har katt og hund som er med oss på hytta. Fuktskader som beskrevet i anmeldelse er ikke reelt.
