"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Small cozy cottage near Zell am See!

We rent out our small cottage near Zell am See. Very quiet location on the edge of the forest with a small stream and almost no other neighbors (only two other vacation homes nearby!) Simply furnished, one double bedroom, living room with fireplace and two more beds on a gallery in the living room. There is space for up to three people/children. There's a ladder up! TV + Internet. Small kitchen and simple bathroom! Heating is provided by an automatic pellet stove.

Newly renovated (2022) chalet, close to the town centre, with a sunny, quiet garden, surrounded by an alpine stream and a magnificent alpine panorama. Bus stop around the corner - in 5 minutes you can reach 270 km of interconnected slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. 7 rooms: a large living room, a separate dining kitchen and 5 bedrooms. All beds are normal, no sleeping couches. 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets.
