Christian's house is very cozy, with many facilities to enjoy as a family. It was perfect for us as we came to visit family living in Mårslet. We were 4 adults traveling with 3 small girls and we were very comfortable, we enjoyed it, young and old. Spacious house with areas for adults and play areas for the little ones. A large garden to enjoy sunny days and with forest areas and green areas to enjoy the surrounding nature, two supermarkets very close to buy everything you need, with some places to eat and drink within walking distance. With the ease of going by bus or train to the center of Århus. We loved the movie nights while the little ones slept comfortably and the days in downtown Aarhus or the beach to enjoy the tranquility. Everything was really perfect! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

We have enjoyed Easter in Jan's lovely cottage with a fantastic location in Ballen. The house is 2 minutes from Ballen harbor, so it was super easy to get to Ballen's cozy and good eateries. There is both morning and evening sun on the large terrace, which we also enjoyed. The house is nice, bright, clean and in great condition. The beds are really good. This is not the last time we rent Jan's cottage.

Perfect stop on the way to Frederikshavn. Had a garage for our motorcycles. Beautiful surroundings. Movie theater was also nice. Overall great host.

We had a really good stay with Lene. Beautiful accommodation with plenty of space for all of us: we were 2 adults and 4 children aged 1, 5, 8 and 13. We were particularly happy to be able to go down to the beach and swim in just a few minutes. For the hot tub and sauna, which worked perfectly (Lene had made good and precise instructions for use). Everything you need in the kitchen. Nice and clean everywhere. Enclosed garden where children can play safely and well. Very welcoming and responsive host, who among other things gave tips to visit the fish house. We'd love to come back another time.

Great location with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and an ice cream house, both great for kids :-) Great big back yard with big porch. The house had 3 bedrooms and a small attic area ("hems" in Danish) that the kids loved. Kitchen was functional with what we needed. Sven Erik was very responsive and addressed any questions we had quickly. Highly recommend!

Really cozy cottage surrounded by beautiful nature. Short driving distance to Ebeltoft and good hiking opportunities in the area. Can only be recommended😊

We loved our stay at Adam’s place. We had everything we needed. The location was amazing and Adam was a very responsive host.

The finest house with so many beautiful details. The living room is so cozy to stay in, to sit on the sofa with a book, while the rain drums on the skylight windows is fantastic 😁 Water, walking street and lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The children loved the TV in the room, the industrial museum playground 🤩 and the prison. All in all a fantastic place that we will miss. And Pia is a fantastic host!

As you can already see from the pictures, this is not a top modern vacation home, but a slightly older one - but with charm! Before we arrived, Gert had already thrown on the fireplace and the heater and it was freshly mopped. As already described in other comments, there are radiators in the bedrooms, which were ready there. You have to be careful not to have heaters and dishwasher running at the same time, because then the fuse often flies out. However, there were enough replacement fuses on site, so we had no problem. Best we found the location of the holiday home! The garden/property is large and well screened. You can walk to the fjord in a few minutes and take a great walk there. It was also an advantage for us that over New Year's Eve there was hardly any fireworks etc, which the three dogs were very happy about. The communication with Gert was straightforward and very friendly :)

What a great apartment, what a lovely hostess. We felt at home from the first moment. If the area weren't so nice, you could spend the whole day in the armchair by the large window and look at the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, super clean and lovingly furnished. For children, there is a play tower with a swing and sandbox. There are many seats in Lotte's beautiful garden and a beautiful sandy beach with a jetty is within walking distance. We would love to come back!

Nice place to stay that suited our small group perfectly! Walking distance to the city center and very peaceful surroundings. Very nice and helpful host who went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We had some very nice days and would love to come back to this home another time!

A very nice holiday in a cozy house surrounded by nature. The house is equipped with everything you need and the surroundings quiet. The shower is very small. Otherwise everything was to our satisfaction. The communication was good, friendly and straightforward.

The house is neat and clean, everything seems as you would expect. It's at the end of a road, and with a high hedge in the backyard facing the street, so you're secluded. The rooms are a good size and with single beds that can be pushed together.

Really lovely summer house. We recommend it for a cozy weekend away with friends or family. We will come back again for sure ☀️

affordable accommodation that works well for 8 people (4 children, 4 adults). Includes 8 entrance bands for indoor baths about 400 meters away. There are also indoor playgrounds and other fun for children and families in the area. We were very happy and would be able to go there again if so in the future. Please note that at least at our stay it is not practically possible to book a cleaning. Required that you go about 40 minutes one way to another city to make the payment for the cleaning. However, we could book this easily when we got that information and did the final cleaning ourselves. For electricity and water, we paid about 12 euros in additional fee for 3 days stay during the month of April.

We had a great week with our friends (10 adults and 11 kids)! The amenities corresponded to the photos. Particularly practical is the layout of the house: upstairs are the large living & dining area as well as the kitchen anyway. In the lower area is the pool and activity room. So we could play table tennis etc. downstairs if the kids were already asleep upstairs. The view of the horse paddock and the sea is super nice. We would have preferred to take the view home with us. The house was clean upon our arrival except for a few small things. We have clarified these directly with DanCenter. The communication was very friendly and answers came quickly at all times. The beautiful village of Ebeltoft can be reached in 5 minutes by car or about 20-30 minutes walk to the supermarket/place. Conclusion: we would definitely book the house again.

really nice summerhouse, well decorated and nice that you can see Gudenåen by just walking a few meters away from the house. very fun with mini golf and badminton. highly recommended for 2-3 couples as well as children.

We enjoyed it very much. There is enough space in the house and everything is exactly as described in the advertisement. Simon helped us find a good mooring for our boat, which was very kind. Clear recommendation!

Beautiful holiday home well equipped and spacious enough for our family of six adults and two children. The communal pool and kindergarten is really nice. The place is very quiet and green. The only downside is the pillows that are very worn, not very comfortable and yellowed.

We had a wonderful 10 days. The house is easy walking distance to the beach. The indoor pool was very nice and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed. The garden was very large, one side was a lot of water on the lawn, there was a possibility to pump this away, however it was so much, that we did not find the flow worth it. And the garden was already big enough, so we didn't need that lawn either. Please note if you come with the dog because there are antlock boxes here and there. All in all, a wonderful vacation!
