In our Homestay you can recharge and unwind in a warm and relaxing atmosphere in the spacious luxury studios (see also adv. studio Grutto). Studio Gierzwaluw has a box spring, seating, workspace, kitchenette, private bathroom. In the sunny garden there are terraces and a covered bicycle shed. Located in a picturesque rural village, surrounded by beautiful forests and lakes, you can enjoy the versatile nature and in addition the lively center with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Inn on the Lake is an all season sensation. In summer the gardens are lush with private terraces and full of seasonal flowers. Our beautiful boat is ready to take our guests on a nature trip through the lakes and surroundings. In winter the 17th century Vicarage and the lake glitter with ice and skating is in front of our doorstep. Our private Spa/Sauna & Massage treatments is open for our guests only. Take a step back in this unique, soothing accommodation. You will sleep in a great place, away from the inhabited world and on the water. You can enjoy the vast landscape and the tranquility with a beautiful sunset. Experience it for yourself and enjoy the tranquility! From the terrace you can go straight to the water in one of our canoes and in the morning there are fresh eggs. We are happy that we can welcome guests again after a long period of renovation. We now live in the back yard.

In the most beautiful part of Giethoorn, outside the busy tourist area, this unique holiday home is surrounded by nature. With unobstructed views over the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 persons and 2x 1 person bed). There is another 5th bed (1 pers.) on the hall upstairs. We would like to know if you would like to use a sheet package (bed linen & towels). Surcharge is €10,00 p.p. The renovated bathroom makes the cottage a luxurious place to enjoy the peace, space and nature.

Well suited for a long weekend or longer holidays for relaxing, cycling and visiting Noord Holland. Amsterdam as well is at half an hour by car or bus

beach house Java ruggen 8 makkum, lovely luxury and very spacious 4 person and a unique location, on the beach of the IJsselmeer where you can walk from your terrace so to surf, swim etc. there is a lovely wood-fired Swedish hot tub. further a lovely steam shower and whirlpool bath. near the beautiful Frisian town of Makkum. the house is equipped with underfloor heating and has a cozy gas fireplace. from the living room you have fantastic views over the IJsselmeer.

Relax with the whole family at this clean and tidy chalet in the middle of the forest The chalet is located on camping riding forest and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children . at 1.7 km through the forest is the IJsselmeer where you can swim and surf. On the terrace of the beach pavilion you can enjoy a bite & drink.

Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
