Holiday rentals with a patio in Hinckley and Bosworth District

Right from the start Craig was very pro-active in messaging and ensuring I was comfortable about where I was going and how to access it. The location is remarkable as it's within a few minute's walk of Nottingham city centre and yet it feels like a quiet suburb - all I could hear most of the time was birdsong. The downside is that being city centre you have to navigate city-centre traffic to reach it if driving but given it's proximity to the railway station that may not be an issue. The onsite parking with the parking permit was a real advantage. The apartment itself is exactly as described and is very homely. Craig has provided a number of 'extras' that are unusual in a property like this such as Sky TV and a coffee machine and it felt generous. All in all I'd very happily recommend Craig's place to anyone who wanted easy access to Nottingham city centre but also wants peace and quiet.

A perfect place to stay for the weekend so that we could attend a nearby wedding. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was beautiful and very well equipped. The beds and sofa's were very comfortable and Phillip was a lovely host. The location was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Luca was very good with checkin, great instructions and very responsive. We had a couple of issues upon arrival however Luca was very understanding and sent a handyman round in the evening to fix the issue. Overall a great host - would recommend

We had no problems during our stay. Quiet suburban street. Neighbours were friendly. Close to supermarket. Easy access to road network. House was clean with all amenities required for an easy stay.

5 stars for everything. superb property, excellent value and everything very clean. the beds were very comfortable. aldi is in walking distance and very handy short drive to Phoenix park for the park and ride. Anuj was so quick to respond to any questions and had helpful suggestions. we had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

Greta host! Very responsive. The house was in a nice area, everyone on the street was lovely and friendly too and we had a chat about our dogs. Instructions for the home were very clear and we had a lovely stay

This place is stunning, the kitchen is the most equipped I’ve seen, the bed was super comfy, the area is so peaceful and lovely. What was really special was the special touches, notes/tips with various applications etc right where you need them not just in the manual. Marylise was very responsive with queries and was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this place.

Great stay with Katie, the pictures don't do it justice - the views are lovely. Katie was so responsive. The kitchen was well stocked, salt, pepper, tea, coffee cleaning products, bin bags. The only comment I would make is maybe to think about making recycling easier to have some separate bins.

I stayed at David's for one night as had an event on a Mallory Park so was the perfect location. The house was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Also a lovely big driveway for parking. David was a very responsive and friendly host and I would stay here again.

We recently had a long weekend at Gulsharon’s place and it’s really a lovely house. The pictures and the house matches perfectly. We had a lovely stay here it was clean, spacious, homely and inviting. The kitchen was so lovely to prepare our meals in. We also took a long walk round at the back of the house at the canal and that was lovely. Gulsharon was a very responsive and kind host, he provided all the information we required before and during the trip. Honestly lovely guy. Sally's condominium in Winwick was so lovely! Looked just like the photos. Sally was super helpful and responsive during our stay. The condo was super clean and super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will hope to stay there again when we stop by Crick again!

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Sanjay is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. The apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to be near the city centre. The apartment is gorgeous getaway and I could not recommend it more. Next time I’m in Leicester it’s where I will stay.

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Great location, easy to get to / from. Everything to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Our favourite feature is the garden, right next to the canal, where we can sit and watch the ducks, geese and boats go by.

Had an amazing stay here! The apartment is even better in person – super spacious, full of character, and really well put together. Loved all the little touches that made it feel cosy and luxurious at the same time. Location was perfect for exploring the Peak District, and Wirksworth itself is a lovely little town. Great communication from the host too – everything was really smooth. Would definitely stay again!
