We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully maintained and fully furnished apartment in Shimla. The place was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, cozy, and with stunning views. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a collection of novels and games that kept the kids happily engaged. The host was always responsive and helpful, and the on-site caretaker and cook made our stay even more comfortable. One small feedback we shared about RO servicing was graciously acknowledged by the host, which reflects their genuine care for guest experience. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well-managed stay in Shimla! We would love to visit this place again in future!!

Amazing stay at Mahesh Ji, Nisha Ji and Bisham aunty’s place. The love, warmth and hospitality received right from the start was really heart warming and the mouth watering food was the cherry on top. This is in my opinion the best Airbnb in Kalpa and the hosts truly and whole heartedly deserve the applause and the ‘Superhost’ status. Until we meet again, hopefully soon. Best of Luck👍

This is one place where we could really enjoy God’s created mountains. This is for now away from human destruction. You can see mountains without houses and garbage which is a rare sight these days. We have been to Rohtang and the mountains there are filled with garbage and human excretion. We have been to Simla, Manali, Dalhousie, McLeodganj, Kasauli, Mussoorie etc. However, all those mountains are weeping under the pressure of matchbox like construction. I doubt if the virginity of this place would remain so for long but it is worth enjoying till it is there. A humble request to visitors would be to not pollute the place and be decent enough to pick the garbage thrown by human beings.

Both bedrooms are spacious, with large windows that let in fresh mountain air and natural light. The views from the balcony are absolutely serene, especially when it rains — surrounded by greenery and mist. The location is easy to find, with parking right outside the house which was a big plus for us. It's also very accessible to nearby attractions. The host was incredibly lovely — responsive, kind, and welcoming. Every detail was taken care of to make us feel comfortable. The place was very clean and well-maintained. You can tell a lot of love has gone into setting it up. We will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing getaway.

The yeti owned by Vijay and operated by Nitu(Sunita) is one of the nicest places even better than some star hotels, that I have come across. Ambience is outstanding, amenities are brilliant and the host Nitu is beyond excellent. Food although not included in the package was from her kitchen and is really outstanding and healthy. Pravin ,the attendant is outstanding and is always available with a smile and with solutions for anything and everything that one can think of. The experience of 5 days left a everlasting living experience which we felt should have never ended. Overall we feel it's more than value for money and should never be missed.

Very Beautiful homestay at top of the village. You can see whole Manali from top. Need Good Physical Health to reach this place which cover some mountain road and vertical steps. But once you reached at homestay, you will enjoy the mountains view and surrounding with villages life. Spends 10 days. Great experience and lots of life time memories 😊

Great stay. The place is off the main road on a narrow stretch. Not very easy for a SUV to get around. Special mention to their caretaker Suman, who made super tasty and homely meals for us. Definitely recommend!

He’s just a phone call away, which really helped us feel secure and supported, especially since the homestay is located a bit away from the central buzz of the city. Anil was a wonderful host and loved his charming bungalow in Salogra which is located right above the poster card pretty Salogra station, one of the stops for the toy train to Shimla. So if you are coming by train just hop on the train from Kalka station and you will be at the doorstep of Anil's homestay. It can be a micro mini trek to this pretty abode but as hill trekkers and walkers it was an added plus. There is a mini kitchenette with a fridge and gas stove etc.. and Anil generously provides all kinds of little goodies (including instant noodles) to resolve midnight food and chai cravings. This is a major plus especially if you dont want to preplan your meals or your stay. All the folks from the plains who visit the hills to recharge - Salogra, Anil, his pet Bholu and the home wont disappoint you one wee bit.

Stay was good. The host was responsive. They also have a shop, so getting things was easy.

Our stay at Jimmy's Homes was amazing—it felt like a secure, luxury apartment in the hills. Each room had a beautiful balcony view, and the apartment was ready before we arrived. It was well-equipped with amenities like a washing machine, water purifier, and heater, and the showers were especially relaxing. The living room was cozy, with a cute study table. Mrs. Poonam, the caretaker, cooked us breakfast, which was a lovely convenience. You can bring groceries or buy them from the complex store, but it opens at 10 AM, so carrying snacks or essentials is recommended since food delivery isn’t available after midnight. The password-protected lock was great, though a safe in the master bedroom would have been helpful. We noticed occasional static shocks, possibly due to a grounding issue, but it was minor. The house was well-lit, airy, and 10 km from Mall Road—peaceful yet accessible. We had a fantastic stay and sincerely thank Anuj and Mrs. Poonam for making it special!
