Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hillhead, Glasgow City

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this Airbnb. Check-in/out was very smooth, with an easily accessible lock box. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens. Kitchen was fully stocked. The highlight of this flat was the incredible location— perched on the top of Kelvingrove park. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. 😊

Beth's place was quiet but still within walking distance to everything we needed. This is a great place for families and friends! The bus station is down the hill, making it a breeze to get to City Center. The train is a nice walk through the park. I highly recommend Beth's place😄

If location is a priority this mews house is perfect. Quiet but near to Kelvingrove Park, restaurants and the town centre. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, enabling us to explore and get to know Glasgow.

We loved our stay at Scott’s place. Unlike anywhere we’ve been before with the RGB lights and black interior. It was very spacious and practical. Partner loved the walk in wardrobe! The bed and pillows were certainly comfortable, probably the most comfortable Airbnb I’ve stayed in. And the hot tub was bliss, very hot and jets were very powerful. Overall had everything you needed for a couple days stay and id definitely recommend!

Beautiful house in a perfect location. equipped with everything you could possibly need and even lovely fresh flowers!! Ideal for the seven of us who needed 4 bedrooms. Plus, convenient close by street parking. Enjoyed the day in Glasgow walking the area full of parks and museums. Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is excellent and the museum at the university was worth stopping in as well.

We had everything we needed for a few days in Glasgow. Very convenient location to the city center, restaurants and Ben Lomand. Our host was super helpful with recommendations and was quick to respond to any questions. We had a great stay!

Stunning spacious duplex apartment with main rooms on the ground floor and bedrooms/ full bathroom down spiral staircase…spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully furnished with all the facilities and utensils you would need. The apartment is in a fabulous location set back from the main street but handy for the west end and city centre….lots of great bars and restaurants nearby but located in a quiet residential neighbourhood beside Kelvingrove park. The lounge is spacious and comfortable and easily sat 6 people. Kitchen was well laid out with everything you would need if you wanted to cook. Utility room also had a third toilet which was handy as well as laundry facilities. An oasis in a stunning period building, handy for all that Glasgow has to offer.

A lovely warm and sunny apartment very convenient to shops and restaurants and easily accessible from motorways. It was so good to have a carpark that was secure and easily accessible too. Only downside was the lift which stopped working 2 days before we departed. Clare was extremely helpful in contacting the building manager and letting us know when it would be fixed ( not while we were there unfortunately!). She also came personally on the night we arrived to show us how to close the windows and show us things we asked about the apartment. We really enjoyed our time here and would try to stay again if we are back in Glasgow.

Callum’s place was perfect for our family of three, very cozy and easy access to the University of Glasgow for the conference I attended. It was exactly what we needed! Walkable to museums, shops & restaurants Highly recommend!

Fantastic spot! Incredibly convenient location very close to the subway. It was really easy to navigate around the city. Comfortable beds. Great, clean bathrooms with a lovely rainfall shower. Big windows with lots of light. Could not recommend more highly!

We had a congress in SEC and booked this house due to easy accesibility (less than 15 min walk). We absolutely loved the house, it was exactly like the pictures. Mandeep was very friendly and her hospitality made our Glasgow journey unforgettable.

Lovely accommodation, with lots of personal touches and loads of character. Very handy location - we were able to walkeverywhere. Great communication with Sasha from booking to check out. Sasha had the fire set for us which was a lovely touch.

A lovely place to stay in easy reach of the main attractions. The flat is tastefully decorated and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day of visiting museums etc.

I really enjoyed staying at Martin‘s flat. Everything was as described, the flat was super clean and well equipped. Martin is a very kind host and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend staying at Martin‘s place.

Smart flat very handy to the conference centre. Good size for 1 to 2 people... Everything works well including the washer dryer. Quiet neighbours, easy access.. WiFi excellent. Highly recommended and Scott was very helpful and fast.

Our stay was lovely. The view and location are fantastic, as we were able to walk many places and catch the hop on hop off bus nearby. We enjoyed the space when we spent time in as well, found it comfortable. The vinyl and record player were also a fun feature!

We had a great stay at Marco's. We slept very well in comfortable beds. The heating was working quick and well. The house itself and the sourring was qiet. The apartment was well staffed and the neighbourhood offered everything we experct from a vibrant and buzzling city!

Kevin’s apartment was perfect as we were attending an event at the SWG3 which was within walking distance. Great location for other venues and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and the place was super clean, well looked after and equipped, it was quiet on the 9th floor too! The extra tech such as Sky Glass, Sonos and Hue lighting was a nice touch and not something you’d usually expect. Thanks for a great stay, I’d highly recommend staying here
