Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. With the nearest road two fields away, fall asleep to the susurrations of the willow trees and the gentle rushing of the streams that surround the garden. This is the perfect spot to read, write and relax and also an ideal base for dog walkers. * Note that the private access track is not suitable for limited ground clearance vehicles. The Architect’s Chambers is a refurbished Architect’s Studio set privately in the grounds of our home, in the town of Wellington. This unique space offers fully fitted kitchen, a cosy snug area, spacious bedroom with Kingsize bed. Along with a shower room with large rainfall shower. Tucked away with private access there is ample street parking for multiple vehicles. A short walk from the town center and the stunning Wellington basins it’s a great base for exploring.
