Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within a short walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the well-known sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes on foot and if you get the appropriate parking app for your stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. Contact with the landlord was also quick and uncomplicated.

Absolutely great apartment, location is ok but public transport is in walking distance and easy to get around. saska was ace. The only problem we had was initially the key to get in the block was missing but this was swiftly resolved. Pub over the road was welcome relief 😄

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

Very nice apartment in a very pleasant location. Arrive & feel good, as well as a small welcome gift, very sweet. Thanks to remote-controlled door opening, very flexible arrival and extremely uncomplicated check-in. Very pleasant and uncomplicated communication with the host. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Everything great!

We had a pleasant stay at Ursula's, who is a very friendly host. The apartment is consistent with the photos, very quiet and very well located (metro, bus, tram and shops a few minutes' walk). We recommend 100%.

This is a lovely apartment with a big terrace, well equipped and nicely furnished, with everything that a family of four might need. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of shops and a bakery nearby. Very easy to get to the center of Vienna, public transport stations are a few minutes away from the apartment. The parking space in the garage is much appreciated. Last but not least, Thomas and Silke are superkind hosts, very responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure staying at their place and we would definitely stay here again when in Vienna!

The apartment is very nice and cozy ... it is located in a lively neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes, etc. Since we arrived by train, we especially liked the excellent public transport connection. No matter where you want to go, there is always a tram, a bus, a train... We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend the apartment!

WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Thanks for the great time in Vienna, anytime again!🫶🏽

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.

Real nice apartment in a quiet neighborhood, just like fifteen minutes from the train station. From there, you’re in downtown Vienna in another 15, easy. So in the end, you are pretty close to the heart of Vienna, but far enough from the noise and hustle. I totally recommend checking out Mödling - real charming little town with a lot to offer. The apartment itself super clean, spacious, and really well equipped. No complains. If it’s available next time, I’d definitely be happy to rent it again.

The stay at Jonathan & Kimi's was perfect for our needs! Short distance to public transport, quiet area, access to grocery store nearby. Would love to stay here again!

Marion responded to all our questions very quickly before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and explained all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the surrounding restaurants. Everything was very nice, if I come to Vienna again, I would like to stay again.

After a few small places that I have stayed, this was a nice change as Thomas’ place had room to stretch out. Comprising a ground level lounge and kitchen and upstairs bedrooms and shower. The shower was excellent, almost worth the price of admission, hot, great water pressure, the wife was pleased. Thomas is a good communicator which helped on a few occasions, The unit is located on the outer edges of Vienna but I found it no problem just to walk in though there are numerous public transport options. There are also a wide variety of shops and restaurants whether you want to eat out or stay in and cook. This place lives up to its photos, it was an enjoyable stay in a place I could have stayed longer in.

The place has the perfect location. You can find everything you need in walking distance. Inside the apartment, it was very quiet and private. The best place to relax was by the pool on the roof terrace. You get something for your money here! The host always helped us quickly with questions. Everything wonderful! We will be happy to come back :)

Even’s place was really comfortable for 4 people. Also we travelled with our dog, and the building is really dog friendly, there is a small garden on the 2nd floor that you can use. The view from the balcony was really nice. Also there is a parking log on a walking distance that you can leave your car for a very affordable price. It’s not close to center but everything is 15-20mins away by subway. We enjoyed our time and recommend it. Also Even was really responsible. Overall, good experience.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Very welcoming hosts and the location is excellent, being 3-4 minutes from the train station, and from there in 15 minutes we arrived in Vienna. The apartment has a gorgeous garden and is close to the forest. The biggest plus were the two gorgeous and loving huski. I would definitely come back!☺️

Everything was great – a huge thank you to the host for her flexibility and spontaneity! She even allowed us a late check in at 12am which is really not self-evident. A later check-out would also have been possible, which we greatly appreciated. The apartment was very clean, modernly furnished and really had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and we felt right at home. The location is also great: in the building itself there is a Billa as well as several restaurants, which is extremely convenient. The connection with public transport is also very good. The infinity pool on the 31st floor was a highlight – unfortunately we could only use it briefly due to the weather. The view from the apartment on the 12th floor is also beautiful, despite being close to tower 3. Communication with the host was smooth and very friendly at all times. We were completely satisfied and would come back at any time!

Very conveniently located apartment, the apartment is located in a very nice area, supermarket, drugstore and restaurants are right around the corner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and the apartment is also large enough for families. The landlords were super nice.

We had a very nice weekend at the place! Everything was straightforward and there are 2 very sweet bunnies in the garden. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom clean and the kitchen well equipped.

The stay at Anna’s apartment was wonderful! She was an excellent host who communicated all the instructions very well and was so kind. Our 11 month old daughter had everything she needed here and we were so happy to be in a place that felt like a home :) The pool was a beautiful bonus with a breathtaking view of Vienna! We would love to come back again!
