The sleeping room in Wierum is a beautiful and cozy apartment with private sauna (for an additional fee), located in a former primary school 100 m from the Wadden Sea. It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage Site, where you can intensively enjoy the peace and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is surprisingly spacious (70m2) and can sleep up to 5 people. Children can enjoy themselves on the trampoline, on the grass/soccer field and can also cuddle with our rabbits and guinea pigs.

Idyllic cottage by the river

We were there for a longer period of time. The location is fantastic, you can sit directly on the water in the sunshine and enjoy a coffee and watch the ships. The dog also felt comfortable and could run freely. At the back of the garden is bordered by. The neighborhood is very nice and very helpful. In addition to a pizzeria and a barbecue snack, there is unfortunately no way to eat and drink anywhere in the evening, unless you drive 10 km further, but since we had a bike with us, ( there are also two available there), this was no problem for us and you can do what you want to do in the area beforehand, or what is offered. As Simone has already described for 1.90 m tall people, as we are, it was a challenge above, but we knew that before, because it was in the listing. All in all, a beautiful cottage quaintly furnished and in the kitchen everything is available and a very nice hostess.

We had a wonderful four days with our dog. The desire for peace and quiet was able to more than fulfill the tiny house and hospitality. We had fresh eggs and a small but fine breakfast available every morning. Daisy felt more than comfortable and was allowed to borrow all the toys and be a dog. We will definitely be back and would love to give more stars.

Beautiful, very clean and cozy place to stay. The "Werkmanshuisje" is a lovingly furnished house, ideal for 2 persons. Everything is as described and you will be warmly welcomed. Anita is always responsive even during the stay. The village is quiet and very picturesque. A good starting point for excursions in the area. We had a lovely, relaxing few days.
