"Traditional Cornish Cottage, Cosy and Homely"

ElizabethRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A lovely cornish cottage with great garden for our dog & very convenient parking right outside thd front door which is good for the price. A good & handy welcome guide. We walked to Charlestown which only takes 15 minutes & is beautiful, had a coffee & really nice stroll, beach & harbor walk. We drove to Mevagissey which only takes 20 minutes, enjoyed the atmosphere, shops & a pasty here. The only downside was couldn't find anywhere nice right where we were like a cafe. Busy traffic but quieter at night. Only tip for cottage would be curtains for room our daughter stayed in for coziness & block light out more & a curtain to go accross front door for the same reasons. Other than that its a spacious, pretty & clean cottage, checking in and out was simple. Thank you.

Large country house in the Cornish countryside

PaulRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Broom Park. A very large comfortable house with lots of character and charm surrounded by a wonderful garden and outside spaces. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location, but within easy reach, by car, of some beautiful beaches and local attractions. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Cornwall Beach House - Panoramic Sea Views

BobbyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had the most incredible stay at this property. The views alone were some of the best we’ve ever experienced, with the deck overlooking the sea. The beach is a short walk down the cliff side from the property (the walk back up is a workout to say the least, especially on a boiling hot day!) and a stroll across the sand couldn’t have been more peaceful. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions. This is the perfect place to switch off, with bedrooms with great views and a spacious living room and kitchen. The only thing we’d suggest is possibly bringing your own essentials, such as milk, butter and cooking bits as local shops are about a 15 minute drive. Overall we can’t recommend this place enough, we really needed to reset after a hectic few months and we finally managed to here for which we are so grateful.

Seascape, Mevagissey cliff top B & B apartment.

Absolutely stunning property, Janet and Hugh are the perfect hosts who made our stay memorable, we were celebrating our golden wedding anniversary and they included such lovely little extras which was so thoughtful. The continental breakfast was perfect with a fantastic assortment, the fresh bread each morning was delicious. Mevagissey is a beautiful little town, we walked down most evenings to eat, we enjoyed The Sharksfin. We visited The Lost Gardens of Heligan which was stunning, also took ferry to Fowey which was a lovely day, the walks from the property along the coastal paths are amazing, bit tough at times for us two oldies but we managed. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Janet and Hugh again, we already miss Mevagissey and will return.

Charming cottage in Portloe

SusannahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Sara is a great host, she called me after we booked. She was very quick to respond to questions. She gave us recommendations for local beaches & pubs. We ate at both the Ship Inn & the Lugger Hotel opposite. Both of which were good at different ends of the price scale. Cottage is as it looks in the photos and was clean with lovely white bedlinen. Super shower with good water pressure. Sadly we didnt have the best of weather but there are masses to lovely gardens to visit like Trebah Gardens which has its own beach. Also the Eden Project is 35 minutes away. Thank you.

The Beehive

MichaelRating, 5 stars6 days ago
This place was very much what we expected from looking at the information on the AirBnb website i.e. it was, and we knew it would be, quite small, but nevertheless, it was clean, cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked and the appliances were easy to use. Literally walkable to the Lost Gardens of Heligan, but within reach of the SW coastal path (it took us about an hour to walk to Pentewan). Great place to stay for a short break and one that we hope to return to. Diane and David were great Hosts - thanks again for having us.
