This period cottage is situated at the end of the owners house which is surrounded by fields and woodland. So the deer are often in the garden. There is a large car parking area in front of the cottage and the cottage has its own access. As you walk into the well equipped kitchen, you will see the dining area.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.

My parents and I visited my brother and stayed here during our trip. The home was absolutely lovely, bright, welcoming, and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and always quick to assist whenever we had a question. It’s a beautiful place, perfect for a peaceful and quiet getaway. One thoughtful detail that really stood out was the fan in the room I stayed in, especially since we happened to be there during one of the hottest days of the year. That small touch made a big difference.

Lovely place , clean and had everything we could of needed and more. Private garden was a nice touch in the sun. Local curry wasn’t too bad. Only thing I would say is if you’re staying with more than a couple you have to walk through the main bedroom and downstairs to go to the bathroom/toilet but wasn’t a problem as was just the 2 of us. Thank you lynn for a lovely visit!

Sara and Graham are lovely hosts, their cottage is beautiful and well equipped. The bed is large (king size) and very comfortable. The sitting area outside is peaceful and private, and beautiful flowers decorate the front and the patio area. Sara was very helpful when asked for PYO (Pick Your Own) strawberry farm recommendations. The location of their cottage is great for trips to the seaside and to Norwich. We would like to come back and would highly recommend this place.

We thoroughly appreciated our 4 night stay in this lovely accommodation with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It was bright, clean and very comfortable; parking was no problem and the extras (coffee, tea, etc) that Beany provided were very much appreciated. We were there for daily treatment at the hospital - very easy to get to - but also took advantage of our time there to visit the coast and the Broads. We look forward to visiting again.
