Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.

The Wandelschuur

The Wandelschuur is on the edge of the forest, within walking distance to the Waddenzee and Lauwersmeer. Decorated with taste and color, moreover, there are no houses and buildings to see when you look out through the high glass facade with French doors. The Wandelschuur is a wooden cottage on a residential yard. You will sleep in the romantic loft in a spacious double bed. A nice base for mudflat walking, a day in Schiermonnikoog, hiking, cycling around Lauwersmeer, eating fish, etc. :)

This cozy and stylishly furnished house is in the middle of the beautiful nature. From the garden you can walk or cycle into nature. The garden is spacious and sunny, with several seats (and a trampoline). Opposite the house is a spacious playground for the children. In the room there is a wood stove. Bathroom has a bathtub. There are 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, fridge/freezer combination, oven and dishwasher.

From here you can easily travel to one of the Wadden Islands or try the mudflat walking. At the Lauwersmeer you can venture to the water sports or just enjoy the sun and the water. The house is just 1 minute walk from a large wooded area, where you can walk in peace and admire the beautiful area.
