Small cozy cottage, 700 meters from the beach

NEW cottage from September 2022. Cozy and suitable for a small family or a couple. Green surroundings, about 700 meters to the beach with good swimming and fishing opportunities. 10 km to Nyborg, which is a small, cozy harbor town. The town has a little bit of everything. For the bon vivants, there is a gourmet restaurant and cultural opportunities in the old royal city. For families with children, there are harbor playgrounds and lovely beaches. Nyborg is 30 minutes from Odense. 1 1/2 hours from Copenhagen. Public transport from Nyborg to both places.

Cottage in a scenic area

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 75, - (10€) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

Bindingsverkshus in small Lejbølle town. Come back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, there are no heat sources (there is a heat pump). Behind the garden is enclosed, barbecue, fire pit and old smithy iron stove for decoration. There are games and music facilities (AUX plug Iphone is there). The house has 55” flat screen and wifi all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses in Langeland but this is unconditionally the coziest with a sense of “old days”.

I vil elske min bolig på grund af udsigten til vandet fra alle rum og kæmpeterrassen, hvorfra I kikker ned på den lille strand med bålsted. I vil også nyde at grille mens I nyder udsigten over vandet, og med den nye havestue har I fået et ekstra rum på hele 35 m2. Med opredninger (ekstra betaling) kan I være 6 gæster i tre separate værelser. For lystfiskere er det bare på med vaders og direkte ud i vandet - ørrederne står lige uden for huset. I er tæt på bageren og Thurøs eneste spisested.

The house is conveniently located next to the road that leads to the cozy harbour village of Lundeborg. In just a 4 minute car ride you reach the harbour and the sandy beach of Lundeborg, a great spot to swim. If you’re looking for Danish ‘hygge’ and a down-to-earth place close to nature, with the forest as your backyard, you are more than welcome here!

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Newly renovated terraced house located in quiet surroundings 200 m from Svendborgsund. New full kitchen, with all accessories. 4OO m to butcher, Rema and Netto. 1 km to small beach at Vindeby harbor, and forest within 300 m. Parking in front of house, or parking space 60 meters away. Key box to which you get the code when booking. Electric car can be charged by appointment and payment. Only 230V plugs!

Charming house close to forest, water and the city of Svendborg. Across the house you can walk straight into the forest and within an idyllic 5 minute walk, you reach the water, Svendborgsund. The swimming area at Sknt Jorgens Lighthouse is within a 15 minute walk. The house is located only 8 min by bicycle and 5 min by car from the center of Svendborg. Supermarket within walking distance.

Strandhuset

Wonderfully located beach house in the absolute first row overlooking waves and sunrises, your own little bathing hotel. Good, new beds, duvets, air-dried cotton bedding, good soaps, the best linens. Virtually all the necessities for a stay beyond the ordinary. The house is an almost 100-year-old lady and all the memories the house holds of life lived, is part of the house's charm.
