"One in a trillion" says it all! This place is truly one of a kind, we recently hosted my wives graduation party here and had plenty of room for the entire family! lots of different things for everyone to do, from the sparkling pool, to the surrounding hiking trails, we especially loved the spa and the amazing views this property offers! we had an amazing stay, our only complaint was having to go home! thanks again for hosting us!

Henry communicate well did not have a problem, letting us stay a few extra days was very friendly overall the house was really nice

Miguel was an awesome host and accommodated us with everything we needed. Always communicated and was very responsive. Home was awesome and very spacious! Look forward to staying here again when we are in the area.

So glad we booked this place for a relaxing weekend celebrating our friend's 60th birthday. The location was just a few minutes to the Yaamava Casino with many nearby markets for quick grocery run. I really appreciated the place being already cooled with the AC running right when we got there and the heated pool was a huge delight! The place was stocked with nice clean towels and little gifts around the house. The hosts were super nice and always making sure we had all our needs met. I would definitely book again if I am in the area.

I hope they fix your pump motor and your heater from your Pool and one suggestion; your master bedroom mattress It needs to be replaced, otherwise thank you for your beautiful home, my family was very happy with the house thank you!!! We had a wonderful time at Restmoore! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making us feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was great. The pool and hot tub were fun, and the view was lovely. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was fantastic to be so close to the lake and within walking distance to the marina. We also enjoyed the short drive to Boulder Bay. The host was friendly and responsive, which we really appreciated. We definitely want to come back and will consider staying here again. We highly recommend it!

Just fantastic, me and family of 5 enjoyed our stay, little cozy downstairs but the bedroom we're huge, the kitchen chairs were fragile and but we where outside most of the time so it wasn't a big of a deal.

We loved the condo and especially the pool. (Instructions or map on where the pool is and that we needed a key would be helpful, but we managed to figure it out.) Overall we liked the location and were generally comfortable. The bathrooms on every floor were convenient. If we had some cons it would be the following and these could easily be resolved with better instructions maybe... We could not figure out how to work the heater (instructions would be helpful). The first night we were freezing and the second night we were so hot upstairs but my assistant downstairs was freezing. Did not know if there was wi-fi available. The TV downstairs was confusing to use. But we eventually figured it out. Other than that, it was everything we needed for a great girls trip. We are hoping to buy a place in big bear soon so we were happy to check out the local neighborhood and loved that everything was nearby.

Easy to find and very cozy.

I have to say, this AirBnb was the best I have ever stayed at. I travel a lot for work so I stay in a lot of AirBnb’s. This one was a mini vacation for myself and the family, but it was by far the cleanest and nicest one, and it’s next to everything literally walking distance. My family and I will be definitely booking this one every year when we go to Lake Arrowhead! Highly Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day Weekend. This was our first experience renting a condo instead of a single family home, and the property felt safe & was family friendly. Our toddler enjoyed the pool house & having other kids around to play with which was a nice change for us. The location was a quick drive into the village and even on a holiday weekend did not feel crowded. The condo itself was nicely decorated with a modern touch, and very spacious for a 2 bedroom. I really enjoyed the large tub next to the fireplace in the downstairs room. There were plenty of clean fluffy towels for both bathrooms as well as the pool area. The kitchen had the basics to cook quick meals, and the open floor plan made hanging out while cooking enjoyable. We had a few hiccups upon checkin and the host was always responsive, kind, and did their best to accommodate a quick fix. We’d visit again!
