Well presented with open plan kitchen, dining and seating area, leading to a king size bedroom and en-suite. Small dogs are with prior approval £10 per stay. If more than two dogs an additional charge of £10 will be requested for cleaning. Please add at the booking stage if you intend to travel with your dog. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.

The cosy guest suite includes a living room with TV, leather sofa and armchair, small dining table and 2 chairs. There is a compact kitchen area equipped with combination oven/microwave, hob, fridge and all essential crockery and cookware. The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom. There is gas central heating and blinds to most of the windows.

Where 3 country pubs and 2 restaurants can be enjoyed. The house is equal walking distance to Croston’s small railway station, with regular links to Preston, Ormskirk and Liverpool. There is parking directly outside the front of property. You can relax in the sunny secluded South West facing garden which comes equipped with garden furniture.

A beautiful house nestled in the centre of the historic village of Croston. Built in 1863, this gorgeous retreat is just opposite the village green, which is home to two dog-friendly country pubs, two restaurants and a whole host of other options such as luxury pizzas, curries and Thai food. The fish and chips are not to be missed! The house has a lovely south facing enclosed garden. There is a key box at the front door so you can arrive at any time. Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants. We politely request no additional visitors, just those staying. Strictly no smoking
