Welcome to the Sunset Lake House, a beautiful 2148 sq ft vacation spot located on peaceful 170 acre Bashaw lake. This year-round home combines the Up North lake feel with the comforts of home. This well-appointed compound has three sleeping areas and plenty of group spaces for guests to spread our and enjoy. We have two seperate lounging areas. The main living room has a 55 inch smart TV and a supersized couch. The basement provides a more secluded area for relaxing with a 50 inch smart TV.

LakeHaus - Stylish Scandinavian Design

Take it easy at this unique and stylish getaway! It's modern contemporary design and simple Scandinavian architecture make it a great place to sit and enjoy solitude or a romantic weekend or boating on the water. Ask about pontoon rental. Completed in July 2023, LakeHaus is just 40' from the front lake, where you can enjoy boating, canoeing, fishing, kayaking, etc. 16' vaulted pine ceilings add depth and awe as you overlook the lake! Upgraded appliances add to the comfort of staying here.

Our Barndominium is located on a 5 acre lot, at the end of a quiet "dead end" drive. Our Barndominium is a newly constructed 48' X 40' steel shed with a two story living quarters. The 1st floor includes a full kitchen, screened in cedar porch, laundry room and a separate bar area. The 2nd level includes a master bedroom with private deck, bathroom with heated floor, living room (futon) and a lofted gaming deck. We are located one mile away from snowmobile trails and endless state land.
