Ingrid was very responsive and easy to communicate with anytime we had questions. The apartment was extremely clean and well organized. It was easy walk to train station and in the heart of many bakeries, restaurants and stores. A perfect choice for a stay in Caen.

Was great! Everything clean, very new, quiet – even if there was a bar downstairs. Very quick walk to the city center. Stéphane was very easy to reach and gave great restaurant recommendations for the area. Good parking nearby. Recommended!

Cute and very well located apartment. Lots of windows, cleanliness and tea coffee for breakfast. Just a heads up: there is a restaurant on the square and it can cause a little noise in the evening in summer...

We had a great stay, location excellent close to Castle, restaurants and shops. Great boulangerie very close by, with a number of convenience stores nearby. Apartment spacious, very well designed with the great 2nd bedroom which our son really enjoyed. Had the wow factor when we all went into the apartment.

Very well located! In the heart of the historic center near amenities. We really liked the modern atmosphere in an authentic old setting with its ceiling beams. Quiet area and comfortable furnishings. We'd love to come back!

We are a family of four and loved our stay at this unit. It’s been nicely remodeled and very clean. The unit is in a nice location, across from the bell tower and easy walks to the city center with restaurants and shopping. Leila was a perfect host — kind, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Sebastien is a great host who went out of his way to help, providing clear instructions for arrival and was available during our stay. Great location and amazing view of the city.

They don't lie about the beauty of this apartment, we had an amazing stay! The view of the castle is awesome and you are right in the city centre. The apartment is spacious, clean and cozy. You are provided with some great tips about what you can do during your stay, both within the city and Normandy. They provide you with everything you need for an amazing stay in Caen, we highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay at Morgan's apartment, quiet and well located that allows immediate access to the center of Caen. A lot of personality in the layout and in the decoration very neat and finished in every detail for a chic and friendly result. High quality of all amenities. The location of this area is perfect, everything that you want is 1-10 minutes on foot, Being ready for a little walk to the 3 floors with a heavy suitcase can be challenging, but for me was a workout))little noise till 2 -3 am, but if you are good with all of this, it's a perfect location to stay and explore the city, we were comfortable with our 2 kids and we walked a lot

Nacim offered us a very cozy apartment, recently redone. Access via the pedestrian street, located on the 3rd floor, spacious rooms, one overlooking the pedestrian street. Very convenient bathroom and living space. We were 2 couples and are happy to have made this stay in Caen. I recommend it. Juliet

Denis's accommodation is very convenient, close to the train station, city center also close, local shops in the nearby streets, with everything you need to have a very good stay, including good bedding. I will definitely come back, and I recommend :-))

The accommodation is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the street is very quiet, I took 12 to 15 minutes on foot to get to the train station.

The accommodation offered is really very good, clean and the concierge is really professional. Perfect for relaxing with the family. We'll be there again.

We had a great time in this apartment! Everything was perfect! The location is perfect, restaurant and shop within walking distance. The host is very responsive and kind.

We loved this peaceful haven, the pool and the jacuzzi are a real plus despite the proximity to the sea, we will come back to one of the other cottages in the estate as a family, that's for sure!

Accommodation taken for the weekend. I even regret not having booked 1 day earlier as I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment (used to living in a house). All this to say that the accommodation is as described in the listing and even better. All the luxury and comfort of everyday life and by the way a very good coffee. Thank you to Manon. Hélène is a very nice host. His tips on nearby restaurants turned out to be very smart. The apartment is nice, well located and the hot tub much appreciated, especially by our 8 year old daughter. We highly recommend.
