This was hands down one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! It felt as though we were the only ones there! Everything in the condo was wonderful. When we do return to Costa Rica, we will stay here again! It truly made us feel like royalty! Fantasy Island at his finest.! Loved it! Great Host!

Wow!!! A perfect stay ! Beyond Expectations! I had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, Yuri was there to help for a smooth check in process. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured (if not better). That view in photos is a must see in person because WOW!! The host Yuri went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful with all the little touches that made a big difference. The location was ideal—quiet, safe, and close to everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, and laundry room set up showed real care and quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave and would return in a heartbeat. This property is AMAZING! Honestly, the balcony & view alone is worth booking. Coming from a big city, trading in loud city noises to hear the sound of the waves rolling 24/7 alone makes this place completely worthy. CLEAN. Great location. So much to do in nearby areas. This Airbnb is perfect and goes down as a rebooking if I’m ever in Jacó again. I had such an amazing time staying here. Also, the host/co-host were amazing with assisting with private transportation. I was able to get to and from the Airbnb to the airport with ease. Tip: if you plan to have a massage therapist come over, see if the host can get you a code or something for security. Security onsite take their job very seriously which is actually a good thing, but it can be a hassle to have a service being done in the Airbnb. Other than that just book the d*mn place

Thomas was very communicative right from beginning. From local recommendations very detailed instructions. The balcony had great ocean views and mountains views. And place is off the main strip so no disturbance from noise. And the bed was so comfortable.

The accommodations exceeded my expectations

Beautiful space. The high ceilings are great and make it feel more spacious. It was surprisingly soundproof - we were traveling with 3 kids who wake up early, and the grownups were able to sleep in anyway! The beach is right behind the house, with great waves and not a lot of people. The pool is great for kids, and you'll see lizards hanging out by it. The whole area is gated, which let us feel safe letting the kids run around outside. It's a fairly quiet area, which was also nice. The kitchen was well-stocked. The little market on the corner has all the essentials you need, and it's a 30 min walk to a huge supermarket (or a $2 - $3 uber ride). Highly recommend the Puddlefish Brewery right up the street (5 min walk), for the passionfruit margarita, the fish burgers, and the passionfruit chili chicken wings! We would definitely stay here again on a future Jaco trip!

Lovely place, private and with a good location. Hosts were kind and helpful. Good internet speed for those looking to work remotely.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

What a beautiful place, we felt at home, everything was nice, clean, organized. And the service is a 1000, we hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

If we could give more than 5-stars we would. Before we even arrived, Kelly was so helpful, suggesting tours and giving us local travel tips. The house is gorgeous, the property is pristine, and the hosts were so accommodating. Book it now!

We realized last minute that we booked our Airbnb in the wrong place. We found this place two days before we got there. They were very responsive and helped figure everything out very quickly. We loved that it was a closed off neighborhood with a check in gate. As a group of girls traveling it made us feel very safe. The only thing I wish there were more paper towels, toilet paper, and additional towels. But all in all it was a great experience and a very lovely home.

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Leonardo was friendly and responsive and made check in process a breeze. Location is a 10/10, with easy access to beach and pool area, as well as walking distance to great restaurants and a local market. Highlight of our trip was seeing a sloth hanging in the trees on the beach! Would definitely choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed this condo very much, especially the proximity to the beautiful pool! Being on the first floor was perfect so we could easily go in and out. Sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee and listening to the waves was wonderful. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and Jacó was a good location in terms of proximity to the airport and activities that we wanted to experience. I hope we can come back and visit this beautiful place again!

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Having the sea in front of you when you wake up is a unique experience. The apartment was very safe and clean, and Omar was a very accessible and communicative person. I'd love to come back 😊

Today we bid farewell to that Beautiful place , a super equipped Condo, everything as it comes out in the photos , they helped me in everything I asked them, the place is BEAUTIFUL 😍 NATURE , SE BREATHING PEACE , we saw the white face monkeys, lapas and lazy bear we visit the two beaches Manta and white beach right there, the building is super close to the beach, it has many amenities. The beach club was also very relaxing and overlooking the sea, my family and I were delighted with the view of the balcony that has the nature that breathes , I recommend them to spend a family vacation, my family and I are sure that we will come back to ☺️😍😍😍Exelente 20/10 Punta Esmeralda I do not have a single complaint of nda nor the place nor Anfrition that I help us with everything .
