The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, something we greatly value and the space was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nia was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Paradise found is an apt name. What a beautiful home in a beautiful place. I stayed for 4 nights with my wife and 3 teenage boys. The home was clean and well stocked with all the items we needed to make meals in the kitchen. Jose, the caretaker, met us at check in and showed us the lay of the land. We had access to the garage that had surf boards and body boards. The pool was clean and warm, and we had fun jumping in and splashing around. The beach across the street is a close to private as you can get. It goes on for miles each direction. The only people we saw were the occasional local fishing or some folks taking a stroll on horseback. Waves were huge and fun to play in. Watch out for rip tides! The directions to the home were great. The house is located between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. Both fun spots to explore. Thank you Mary and Jose for making our family trip unforgettable. We cant wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s home it was the perfect location for the places we wanted to visit. Only 1 hour away from Manuel Antonio and about 30 minutes from Jaco and 2 hours from SJO. Read description carefully because you might think you’re renting the entire house but it’s actually divided into 4 different suites and the common areas are shared along with the pool. This is all on the description of the listing it was just a minor oversight on my end but we ended up having an amazing time and are glad we stayed at Tracy’s home. Thank you for having us :)

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

This house is beautiful. It had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor space, and feels very private. The pool was great and the outdoor shower and bathroom made cleaning off sand and keeping the house and pool clean easy. The beach felt like a private beach with almost no other people as far as the eye can see. The surf is strong, but the kids had a great time boogie boarding, but do take caution not to go out too far. There are lots of friendly dogs in the neighborhood that roam, but they didn’t bother us. It is about 20 mins from town, so expect to have to drive a bit for amenities. That was fine for us because we were looking for peace and quiet and got it! Comfortable and beautiful house. I recommend.

This was a great find! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by greenery and birds. The place had a very modern, clean feel. It was a great location- quick trip to Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Park was only about an hour and a half away. Jeffery was a great, responsive host that communicated promptly. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this airbnb!! The view was incredible and the access to the beach made it so simple to enjoy our time. It’s the perfect location close by to Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and rainmaker, while being in a less touristy/ less crowded area. The entire complex felt incredibly safe, including the beach. There’s many stores nearby for groceries as well! Carrie was also incredibly helpful before and during our stay! Any questions we had, she responded within the hour and truly made this trip even better! Highly recommend!

I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

This place was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the Main Street area to eat but far enough away for peace and quiet. It was nice eating breakfast on the porch, listening to the waves crash on the beach. Antonio was always quick to respond to any questions and to give his opinion on stuff to do locally. I would stay here again if we ever get back to CR. Thanks again for letting us stay at your place.

This was our first time in Costa Rica and Jaco was our second stop. We absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, as was the view and it being ocean front was a bonus! We loved the layout of the unit, the pool and it was within walking distance to everything we needed. There was lots of security, which was nice, but when the security guard followed us to the rooftop and stayed the whole time we were there, that may have been a bit much. Parking was easy and all was very beautiful, efficient and we would definitely stay there again! We loved the area, the beaches and lots of different spots to drive and explore!

This property is AMAZING! Honestly, the balcony & view alone is worth booking. Coming from a big city, trading in loud city noises to hear the sound of the waves rolling 24/7 alone makes this place completely worthy. CLEAN. Great location. So much to do in nearby areas. This Airbnb is perfect and goes down as a rebooking if I’m ever in Jacó again. I had such an amazing time staying here. Also, the host/co-host were amazing with assisting with private transportation. I was able to get to and from the Airbnb to the airport with ease. Tip: if you plan to have a massage therapist come over, see if the host can get you a code or something for security. Security onsite take their job very seriously which is actually a good thing, but it can be a hassle to have a service being done in the Airbnb. Other than that just book the d*mn place

Hi Jessica. Thank you so much for the seamless and wonderful stay at your beautiful home. We enjoyed all the facilities that you provided, including that beautiful pool and the various places where we could enjoy meals. The AC units in the bedrooms worked perfectly and very efficiently, which is a real necessity at the beach. We enjoyed the huge top deck and enjoyed the ocean view it provided. The beach was perfect, and it like it was our own private beach. Very private. Stringing hammocks between the palm trees was a real treat for real relaxation with the music of the ocean. The Starlink Wi-Fi was exceptional and never failed and had coverage outside as well. Yeni and Mendoza were such a courteous and a special couple they couldn’t do enough for us. They were there but gave us privacy, yet always willing to help with everything. Mendoza an excellent griller from fish to hamburgers. They were key to us enjoying your beautiful home so much! We had a great time at the apartment, which was exactly as described. The building is brand new and the unit has good wi-fi, cold (and necessary) A/C and fans, new appliances, comfortable beds, and decent soundproofing. The unit directly faces the ocean so most of the Jaco nightlife noise is avoided other than from the beach below. The building appears to be almost exclusively vacation rentals, so has a feel more like a hotel than an Airbnb - not a bad thing, just an observation. It's a quick short block walk to the main Jaco street with restaurants and shopping. The beach view is incredible from the unit and also the rooftop, though you almost don't need to go up there since you're on the 11th floor anyway (elevators were busy but reliable). Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the hosts' responsiveness especially when the building unexpectedly lost water for several hours (not a common occurrence). Pool was also awesome and never to busy even on a holiday.
